Blue Diamond Audio & Tint

Took car for air conditioning repair. Lots of promises, good words. After lots of prompting phone calls to get car back - took forever. And, after several tries to try and return saying it was repaired, (luckily problem appeared before we left shop) without repair, finally got back - air was working, looked like if repaired, shop got paid big bucks. Tested the heater, which did not have problems before; it was no longer working. Owner was notified the same day he returned car. More promises, lots of delays, refuse to receive car with excuses (not working today, etc) finally no response. Found out shop had taped the vents and unplugged some electrical circuts. They also connected compressor so it wouldn't turn off. In short, Blue Diamond mechanic couldn't fix it so he bypassed the problem and caused a bigger one (compressor not working correctly). Be careful, mechanics are not qualified. Check everything before paying and leaving the shop.
