When I leave I always feel fabulous! Everyone here is very friendly and wonderful. I love it here and I would not go anywhere else. I would only recommend this place. That is just on the spa business, I didn’t even start with the products they carry… Just AMAZING!!!

Terrified does not even begin to describe the feeling I had before coming in. I have never had any form of waxing done. I decided to do a wax for the summer days and well… go big or go home. I felt so awkward and nervous but the lady was extremely friendly and professional. She has some really good conversational skills. Not gonna lie, it hurt like h-​e-​double hockey sticks. My esthetician did wonderful in keeping my mind active and talking. I will definitely be coming back. Their customer service was superb, the office décor and set up was also very nice. The receptionist welcomed you by name and offered coffee, tea or water. I can’t really say more, other than I was impressed.

I discovered this great spa by accident but I love it. It’s a jewel in the near the heart of downtown El Paso. The staff is so friendly, makes you feel like family. Julie who I’ve seen almost a year is awesome! Any woman to looking for great spa that isn’t like the usual spa that we have in El Paso but has its own uniqueness like something you would find in a bigger metro area, this is the place to come.

Been to Blush a couple of times, and have purchased several gift certificates. The services and the spa itself is nice and comfortable.
But my main issue is the receptionists. Each time I call or come in, they leave a lot to be desired in terms of friendliness and patience. They need some practice in phone etiquette and niceties. It’s not hard to be nice or accomodating… try it out for size.

I totally understand being on a schedule but I called to say I was running a few minutes late & was told that was fine. Then was called back 10 minutes later saying I wasn’t going to be seen. That’s just rude. I should have been told when I called that there was only a 10 minute grace period.

I actually quite enjoyed this place. I am not originally from the area so I was very scared to try a new place. I hadn’t heard about many spas in El Paso. My friend recommended me here. I had only had one wax before in a different state and my first one was very uncomfortable (from a different place) but this place made me feel very relaxed, welcomed, and comfortable.
Julie is who did my wax. I was very pleased with her service. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I’m a bigger woman so there were a few things in the boutique I wanted to try because I was scared they would be too small. They let me try on the one thing I was questioning. Overall, I recommend this place and was very pleased. I will be going back next for a massage.

Great for brows shaping! Estheticians here understand the thick brow concept. The facials are very relaxing as well. The spa is located close to downtown off Montana, parking is limited but it’s one of El Paso hidden gems when it comes to quality spa services. I would recommend this place to anyone new to EP looking for expert and friendly service. One word of advice make sure to book well in advance.
After many visits I finally realized they also sell cute clothes! I had always noticed the racks but never took the time to actually browse through them. J arrived pretty early to my appt so I looked and OMG I loved so many pieces. However, it’s a boutique and the clothing is a bit pricey, totally worth it though. I bought an awesome dress, I’m really happy i found this place!

I got to my appointment an hour early (my mistake) and sat and waited while about 8 friends of people working stopped by just to chat. Only one person said hello and told me to sit and they’d be with me at my appointed time. No actual customers came in while I was waiting. The owner actually did my wax and she was great. It’s just weird she didn’t acknowledge me earlier and just chatted with everyone. It wasn’t very welcoming, but the wax was. Why didn’t she just take me early?

This is my favorite place to get a facial. I trusted the owner to give me a facial right before my wedding and my skin looked amazing! She does the best extractions can always get rid of my stubborn blemishes. Also the environment is beautiful and calm! Highly recommend I don’t live in EP anymore but besides going home to see family always look forward to getting a facial at blush!

Actually enjoyed the two services that I got there. However this is my first time in more than 10 years getting a Brazilian so upon the advice of the esthtecian I scheduled for one month out. That was today I don’t have enough for them to be able to work with right now so I called to reschedule my appointment… Was told that it would still be charged 50% for moving my appointment within 24 hours. I can understand repeat offenders however I think in this scenario him since I was new to the procedure they could have been more understanding. That’s one customer lost…

Just got a massage service from Blanca and it was wonderful. She did a great job comprehensively but also focused on the areas that I wanted focused on. She did much better than the massage I received last weekend and cost four times more! If I lived here if definitely get another session with Blanca.

Loved the body wrap and massage I received a few weeks ago, the staff is incredible, but I’m very disappointed in my spray tan. After 2 days I am splotchy. I have been strictly following the instructions I received and bought the 3 pack of lotions and body was to use but it’s no use. My feet and hands are orange and the rest of me is fading in patches. I was so excited to wear shorts with my new tan (I have fair skin) but now I am embarrassed to be seen.

There are few places that make you feel like a kid inside a candy store and ladies this is as good as it gets! They provided a variety of services from facials, waxing, massages etc. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with something to drink and you can shop the boutique while you wait for your appointment. They have cute little knick knacks and have extensive organic skin products.
The spa area is really relaxing. The rooms are lightly dimmed and have soothing music to calm your nerves. The owner pays attention to detail and is the best at her craft! She teaches you how to keep up with the services and is really nice!

What a neat little day spa! I saw Kathy V. for a Brazilian and she was great. I’ve been waxing for years, so I know good bikini wax techniques from bad and she was great. I’ll definitely be using her from here on out. I’m looking forward to trying some of their other services.
The little boutique part is cool too. They have a full range of the Éminence Organic Skin Care line, plus clothing from brands like Free People and Hankie Pankie. Now I know, schedule time for both a service and a little shopping!

Let’s see where to start??? Okay so I arrived and had a little paper work to fill out, it was on an IPAD, very cool! The blush boutique was very trendy and and the customer service was great! Kathy performed my brazallion! I have been getting them for a while now. I am extremely spoiled I had them done so well in Georgia! However here is good! I’m glad to say the service Nd the end product was awesome! I guess this is my new Brazilian wax place!
