The company arrived on time, introduced himself, he was really friendly and social. He went ahead and did a pre-​assessment. Our guy J.W. that previewed our home went ahead and measured the bed, the tv, dressers, mattress and said that they will provide boxes for us. He was real nice and said that they aren’t too worried about how much household goods we have.
He also went over what should be done. Like we could LEAVE our clothes in the dresser and they will pack it which I think is AWESOME!!! But bc of UNCLE SAM we are not allowed to ship any OPENED lotions, shampoos, sprays, bottles etc. But we can ship spices NO liquids (obviously) and he also went over to pack everything like a couple days before that you DONT want packed in the household goods so it won’t get mixed up! He also said that one time there was an incident where the movers moved their trash bin, but the owner of the household did not remove trash in the can so when they arrived to their destination it was STANKY!!!
Awesome ADVICE!!! HAHA
He wrote down all the goods on a checklist paper and we received a copy so when the movers come in we have everything that is documented. Very professional and friendly service. Will update when movers actually do come to the house which is next week! Soooo excited!
