Hampton Inn & Suites

This hotel honestly had the nicest staff! The most covenant part about this hotel is the free shuttle. They’ll take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. It’s so handy, especially when you don’t travel with a car. They really had the best staff. I can’t say enough about this place!!! Five stars all around! Great hot breakfast too!

Best Breakfast so far at a Hampton… I stay at many! Newer Hotel on the East side of El Paso, TX. A great choice for me to be away from the dense area of El Paso.
Picking up and dropping personal Items is what I do and I depend on Safety, Comfort, Internet and knowing I do not have to try and find food in the morning, They send me off with a lunch bag and I take an oatmeal with nuts, raisins and a yogurt to go. Thank you from «TrailerDan»
They always greet me and start me off with a bottle of water and a few snacks when I arrive!

This is a newer hotel. The rooms are very nice, and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome!

I really enjoyed my short stay. The room was very clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was free. I usually stay at a Hampton Inn and Suites because I know what to expect and this location did not dissapoint.

We stayed at this hotel about 2 months ago and was very pleased at the customer service that they provided. This stay exceeded our standards even more. Tony H. at the front desk made sure my family and I were taken care of in our time of need actually. We were moving and the house we lined up fell thru so we needed a hotel to stay in for a few days and we had our Budget truck with car in Tow and he made sure we had a room and place to park our truck. Also housekeeping cleaned our room and you can tell there was pride taken in the work, they even rolled up our phone charger cables that’s unheard of. Thanks and will stay here again if needed!!!

Easily the best Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at, and I’ve stayed at quite a few. The newly updated interior works. Great TV in the room and a large shower. Hotel staff was friendly.
There are plenty of budget friendly hotels to choose from in El Paso, but this one is worth your consideration.
My king room was the perfect size for one or two people, and the bathroom was roomy as well.
Internet was quick enough for the basics, and the AC was cold. Can’t go wrong here. Also everyone loves Hilton points right?

We stayed here 4÷6−4÷9 to attend a funeral. It’s not to close to the airport but didn’t mind the drive. The hotel is nice and new. We had a few glitches upon arrival. My sister booked the hotel for us and paid for it, she didn’t want us to pay for it so she double checked that there would be no charge to us. When we tried to check in the gentleman told us it wasn’t paid for, I showed him how on the confirmation it said paid for and the last 4digits of her credit card. My husband didn’t want to deal with it so as he reached for his credit card I decided to call her. She spoke to the gentleman and all she said was it was ok to charge the card and he quickly gave us our keys. She told me she had called before hand to make sure we didn’t encounter any issues but obviously communication lacked here. The man was pleasant, he was just doing his job.
On ⁴⁄₈ we left the room around noon but came back around 2 to quickly pick up something from room and seen housekeeping was cleaning room 321 we were in room 320. When we came back around 11pm we came back to a dirty room. No housekeeping. We were so tired and wanted to shower and get in bed and be ready for an early flight today. I called the front desk and spoke to a lovely lady Gaby who apologized and said after she checked the guest in she would bring us our towels. She did but unfortunately we were low on toilet paper so she had to go back down and Gaby brought us tissue, mouth wash, toilet paper and other stuff housekeeping would normally replace.
Other then that the beds were comfy, water pressure was good and air was working. The place is pretty new and convenient shopping and food.

I travel all the time. I’m a Hilton guy. Stay in Hilton Garden Inns, Embassy Suites, and Hampton Inns on a weekly basis. This is the first time I’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites El Paso East. Wow, what a surprise. Just opened 6 months ago. Beautiful rooms with glass sliding doors on the shower. Advanced key entry system and a great staff. In addition a 46 inch flat screen TV. I don’t travel to El Paso often but when I do I’ll be staying here. Hands down the nicest moderately priced Hilton hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend this hotel!
