This place was really nice the bowling was a little pricey I thought but we had great customer service we ordered soda and popcorn as we bowled it was nice and the facility was very well
daughter and I had a great time.

Very friendly staff, they are under new management now they told me the last set had issues. Lanes were good, bowling balls got «stuck» twice we unstuck them then the one time we couldn’t the staff hopped on fixing it right away. I’d recommend the day for functions as night time I bet it’s packed. The price was decent. The only thing they need to fix up still is the bathrooms and some of the arcade machines didn’t function. Other than that it was a good time.

Never Again!!! This place has gone to crap, the lanes are slanted to the left and the flooring just has to be re done. Don’t waste your time or money here. No balls and the ones they do have look like someone was using them in Afghanistan in the desert to play. Just horrible all around. The bar is what saves this place.

Clean, inexpensive, daily bowling deals and open until midnight. They have done some remodeling and added a riding bull. With a bar and small game room it is fun for the entire family.

Horrible service !!! People are rude and very unprofessional. Had a birthday party there on Sunday 28 Sep 14 and was treated like crap. Never again. Some games did not even work. Lane broke a couple times. Ball return was smoking. Don’t waste your money in this bowling alley.

Under different management this place would be great. It was clear the employees don’t have proper training nor the desire to make the customer happy. Food was allowed to sit and get cold because «management» was to good to take it to tables when understaffed. What is more appalling is that a manager had to wait for a cashier because they were unaware of how to use a system. Hopefully they can some managers a get back to running a premier business.

Lots of fun! Came here on a Monday night and it was PACKED! It is a huge venue with pool tables and bowling lanes and as well as an arcade section.
Pool tables: Really like how they are behind the bowling area because you can play while you wait for your lane. I believe it’s $ 5 to rent the equipment with an ID. It was fortunate enough for my family and I to get an available one on a busy night. Thus, it seems that these can be booked quite easily. May need to wait for these to be free.
Bowling experience: Had a very friendly server who helped us out finding lighter bowling balls for us… really a nice gesture, thus great customer service. It is a very busy and hectic setting, and despite that, our server was great for asking if we wanted anything time and time again and as well as find us those bowling balls!
Arcade: Very deserted. But good news is, if you wanted to play arcades, you’ve got it all to yourselves! There are actually a few workers around that area to help you, which is also a plus.
Overall, despite how crowded and popular it is, it’s a great place to go bowling with your friends and family. It just has that family-​bonding appeal to it, which is wonderful. I’d def come back here again for bowling and other fun.

Fiesta Lane’s employee stole my credit card! After charging me incorrectly they lied about refunding the incorrect amount to my card and proceeded to sell or give my card number to a cohort outside of Ft. Worth Texas who proceeded to charge over $ 400 to my account. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and urge El Pasoans to not patronize Fiesta Lane’s and Oasis lanes as they are obviously in the practice of hiring dishonest people and criminals.

there is a serious management problem here. the staff is stretched thin over 40 lanes, an arcade and a bar, but the several guys standing idle behind the snack area didn’t help either. i’m not entirely sure why you need 3 people at the snack stand when there are plenty of other things that needed help. the one redeeming feature was one dude. i saw him working all over the damn place, at the front desk (where he took a minute to serve us but not for him being idle) and running all over the bowling alley with people’s orders.
i’m not sure what the deal was with the wristbands that night. there was some policy where people were required to appear in-​person so the staff could verify the person existed and were of drinking age, though not really carded. i don’t even know what the point of the wristbands were at all.
as with any public establishment that involves booze, greasy food and rented-​out shoes, it’s not the most sanitary. but, there were a lot of problems with this place, besides the balls sitting idle in a gutter that weren’t cleared out until after closing, and this was a saturday night. they had the whole blacklight thing going on, for about an hour. come on, a saturday night and you only do midnight bowling for an hour? no disco ball, no spinning colored lights, no fog machines, none of the typical stuff you’d see in a normal bowling alley.
first off, the bowling itself had issues. every so often, maybe once every couple frames, one person in our group of five would either be missing a pin, or it would take several minutes for the computer to stop taking a dump and set the pins up. don’t get me wrong, i like having fewer pins to knock down, takes the pressure off, but not when the very front pin is missing and it screws up a potential strike. this is a bowling alley that screws up bowling.
the arcade area seemed cool, though i didn’t get a chance to try it.
besides bowling, the other two reasons grown-​ups go to a bowling alley is for the food and booze, both things took forever to arrive. the food was, well, we sent most of it back. the nachos looked pretty good but it was warm, almost cool by the time it got to us. and the home fries were, well, i was told by the guy who ordered them that they were terrible. my group of five, active duty soldiers who spend weeks in the field on rations and powdered eggs. and we sent back the food presented. now, bowling alley food isn’t supposed to be good. but this was just… very bad.
the drinks took much too long to arrive. honestly, how long does it take to open a bottle? instead of standing around behind the snack counter, maybe the staff could have served the customers instead of relying on one or two to take care of 30 – 40 lanes.
there was a fair amount of non-​bowling things to do, but from what i heard from the others in my group, there was a lot less here than the last time they went. this place is sure to close down if they don’t shape up soon.

Very fun to watch PPV along other fans. I’ve seen the food downgrade each time I go then to the bowling section, a little over priced for bowling, a few lanes broken, can be hard to enjoy family fun when you are waiting on the staff but I’ve never had staff rude to me.

Total crap, lanes are broken. You have to track down someone to help you every frame. They let the place go completely.
