History
Established in 2011.
What is A.R.E.A. 44?
A.R.E.A. 44 (Aggressive, Resistance, Exercise, Association)
In 2008 i started thinking of my own gym. i was training clients in a 400 sqft room that only had a couple pieces of equipment. as the months went by i was building up a client base that was looking to out grow the space i was currently in.
So i started to look around El Segundo for something that would accommodate my style of training and also give off the wow factor when you walked in to the gym.(like a big kids play ground). The building i found was an old antique shop building that was two stories and had high ceilings, perfect for what i wanted to do. So my wife and a few friends put some work into it and made the magic happen.
Moved in on Oct 2011 and started building what is now A.R.E.A.44.
