Owner Chris Adishian, raised in Palos Verdes, started the firm in 2003, after working at Arthur Andersen and investment bank Montgomery Securities in San Francisco.

Chris Adishian is a trusted, tech-​savvy, creative, «quant» legal generalist with deep experience in high-​stakes employment, business and real estate matters, whether transactions or litigation.

Raised is Palos Verdes, Chris has lived in California for over 35 years, with nearly 15 years in the Bay Area and the balance in Southern California. He has a B.A. from Berkeley, and a J.D. from Loyola Law School.
