History
Established in 2003.
There is debate as to where the cubano sandwich originated.
When our restaurant founder first tried one though, he knew right away that he had to bring this mouthwatering deli treat to Los Angeles.
We build our cubano sandwich with a cracked wheat bread special-made just for us by a local Cuban bakery.
Many of our sandwich meats are marinated in our secret mojo criollo (creole sauce) recipe.
We then toast your sandwich just like they do in Havana, using a sandwich press called a Plancha which fuses the juicy flavors.
The end result is a sandwich that satisfies like no hoagie or sub could ever hope to.
