History

Established in 1999.

Once called the «Jewel of Hermosa», Zagat-rated Jackson’s Village Bistro has returned to the South Bay with expanded hours, a full bar and re-imagined menu combining old + new.

Re-dubbed Jackson’s Food + Drink, the new restaurant retains the most-loved dishes from its previous location with a few key changes. A seasonal, farm-to-table menu with an emphasis on organic, sustainable food is part and parcel to the new restaurant.

While owner, Scott Cooper developed the food menu, the drink menu was created by award-winning mixologist Vincenzo Marianella of Copa D’ Oro and Providence fame.

The new space features a full bar, more seating, an indoor-outdoor patio with an open-air awning which feels like you’re outside because you are, but protected, like a secret courtyard.

Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night, Jackson’s is a great place to nosh before a movie (or after).
