This Madewell is brand new (I’m sure you’ve seen promos about their opening in your Madewell promotional emails), and super clean! Everything is super well organized and laid out perfectly, just as you would expect from any Madewell store. The setup is just like any typical Madewell, but this store is a little bigger than your typical Madewell (i.e. South Coast Plaza, 3rd Street Promenade).
The only thing that really differs between Madewells is the customer service. The ladies at this one weren’t unpleasant, in fact, they were smiley and nice… once they got around to asking how I was doing… almost 20 minutes after I walked into the store… even though I was the only customer at the time… and they were just talking amongst themselves at the register.
Honestly, it wasn’t the worst customer service I’ve encountered – it wasn’t even bad. Just meh. But the store. The store was gorgeous.
