Established in 2004.

The Pinpoint Resource Group was founded in 2004 by Felix Lin and is headquartered in El Segundo, CA. Pinpoint’s core focus is to provide critical technology staffing solutions to businesses that range from small startups to Fortune 500 companies and span a multitude of industries, including financial services, consumer products, entertainment, and aerospace.

Since 1996, representing the best technology talent and companies in the Southern California marketplace for direct hire, contract, confidential and executive placement for information technology positions. We teach our team to perform recruiting the «old fashioned» way — placing relationships and service first.

Since 1997, I have been working with Robbins Research International and am now a Sr. Trainer for Tony Robbins’ events. I’ve trained and now teach in Tony’s Six Human Needs and Neuro Associative Conditioning (NAC).
