Since 2003, Lakeview Homes LLC has been building modular homes in Mid Missouri at Lake of the Ozarks. We offer a full complement of homes suited to everyone’s needs. Plus we are a full-​service contractor who will handle your site work, well, septic, garage, porch or deck.

Systems-​built modular homes are treated the same as stick-​built by lenders and insurance companies, and the dollar for dollar savings is substantial. These homes arrive 90% complete, and are set on the foundation in a matter of hours. After that, there are only a few things to finish before you are ready to move in.

Lakeview Auto Sales is a sister company to Lakeview Homes, a Manufactured and Modular Home Dealer. We have expanded to include portable storage buildings, plus steel framed garages and carports.

We are the local UHaul dealer as well.
