Specialties
We start with or bakery and all the fresh breads and pasties, we serve breakfast all day. We make all our own gravies, dressings and even grind pork and beef for our burgers and sausage.

History
Established in 1998.
Having a chance to open a business on Kauai is a dream. Dealing with the changes of business, and learning so much about people has been a worth while lesson. Making everything from scratch and trying to keep it the same has been the challenge I did not expect. After almost 15 years of business I feel I still have a lot to learn.

Born in Seattle Washington, raised on Oahu, started working in food when I was 15 and have every since. Most of my knowledge come when I was going through school at Portland State univ. where a bar tendered and managed clubs in Portland Oregon, got a degree in Business management and marketing. Move to Kauai to open my first business in 1998
