As residential property managers we sometimes find the need for pest control. We use a couple of different pest control companies and A-​Tex has been one of our go to vendors for both occupied and vacant properties for several years. Our residents like the way they conduct themselves on the job and we like the results and the price is right.

They definitely have you sign that they will not be responsible for any damages to your sprinkler system for a reason. They punctured two holes in my sprinkler system wiring which cost me $ 120 to repair. Not only that they didn’t treat the fence connected to the house where they saw the termites. I understand that fences are conducive to termites and they can’t treat the entire fence. What I don’t understand is that they didn’t find termites in the house and were ok selling me on getting the treatment so in my opinion the least they could do was treat the 3 ft fence area touching the house where they did locate termites. Other than that they were fine and responsive.

I have had two treatments on my townhome by A-​Tex pest control and both have been effective. The service staff is always on time for appointments and professional. I had a particularly good customer service experience with my recent roach treatment. The gentleman actually moved my oven and got under my sink to ensure the treatment was thorough. He went the extra mile to educate me on the service and how it works. I would recommend!

The A-​Tex guys were the only ones who could fit me in at the last minute, and they set a trap in my attic the same day to catch a raccoon that had evaded my own trap pretty well about 5 or 6 times. We now had 2 traps set. Chris took the extra step to screw his trap down so that it wouldn’t be tossed around like in my previous attempts.
When we caught the raccoon, I called A-​Tex and they were out to retrieve it within about 2 hours. Problem solved for a reasonable price, and they’re nice guys, too. I highly recommend them!

We have had to deal with several pest problems on our property for a couple of years now. We have a contract with A-​Tex who has been helpful and courteous every time we needed them to come out. They are flexible with scheduling, and I always talk a knowledgeable person when I call. They have even come out to remove rat traps that randomly appear after a huge rainstorm (possible washed down from another place). We are at a creek, and they are careful not to get any chemicals in the water.

With a snake loose in my garage, A Tex came over, caught it and removed it painlessly even though they havnt done reptiles in a while. Polite, fast, professional, great service at a fair price
