Abbey Tri State Carpet

We were extremely happy with our purchase here. We worked with Ron. He helped us design the tile dor. our bathroom including the accents. Everyone was very professional and helpful. We received the tile very quickly and it looks fantastic. When we thought we might not have enough acter the contractor started our work Ron was very understanding and ocferex ro drive out to the distributors and get us another box if we needed it. A+ service!

Does not even deserve one star. Terrible installation and service. Once they find out you are unhappy they will not call back.

I’m giving a one star because the floors installed in my home was nice.
It took a few weeks for someone to install the wood after it sat at my house for three weeks. The installation went well, but needed the edges and the vents finished. It took 3 weeks for someone to come out. When someone finally came out the work was horrible. I called Rich right away. He was on the defensive and didn’t understand why things were bad, because the installer does a good job. He told me he couldn’t send anyone out that day, but would have someone come out. Well, that was also almost 3 weeks ago, and I’m getting my house ready for Thanksgiving this week
My vents look like a dog chewed on them to cut them out. Another vent was not cut straight and I have spaces that are visible when the vents are dropped in. The edge pieces are cracked and uneven.
If my husband was doing this by himself. I would have no complaints. However, I paid a lot of money for a company to come out and do a professional job.

We were extremely satisfied with the work Tri-​State did in our home. We purchased all new carpet for our entire second floor and hardwood to replace ceramic tile on the main floor along with a tile backsplash for our kitchen. The guys from Tri-​State worked closely with us to schedule the installation for a time that worked best for us, they installed everything in very little time considering the scope of work and they were extremely courteous, clean and friendly throughout the installation process. We worked with Ed throughout the entire process; pre-​sale, sale and installation. Ed is a stand up guy and did exactly what he said he would do at the price he quoted. There were no surprises. I highly recommend Tri-​State to anyone that’s in the market for new carpet or flooring or kitchen backsplash.
