All Suburban Emergency Plumbing & Power Rodding

I called them explaining that the two toilets in our first floor bathrooms were consistently overflowing. Mind you, it was around 11pm on Thanksgiving night, but I highly doubt that my family was the first to ever have a plumbing emergency on a holiday. And can I also just point out that the name of this company is called emergency plumbing?
Anyway I explained our situation and that we had to be continuously emptying out our overflowing toilets. He asked for my name and address, and then proceeded to tell me that no one could come until 10am the next morning. So I guess he expected my family to be emptying out our toilets until a plumber showed up? I work in health care, and patients who visit the ER are never told that they won’t be taken care of until the next morning. Don’t call yourselves an emergency plumbing service if you refuse to take emergencies.

I highly recommend this company, specifically George. He replaced my battery back-​up sump pump quickly, professionally and treated me respectfully. I will be having him do more work for me in the future.
