Established in 2011.

Over two decades ago, Michael owned and operated a successful carpet and upholstery cleaning business. After selling the company to try out other business ventures, he decided to get back to what he truly enjoyed and in 2011, Michael started Quality Carpet Cleaning.

After owning and operating multiple companies over the past 33 years, the carpet care service industry is my absolute favorite! Seeing the faces of my clients after we take their old dingy carpet and make it look new again, is an incredible feeling. We focus on Commercial and Residential Carpet Cleaning in Elgin, South Elgin, St. Charles, Algonquin and many of the surrounding areas.

Michael personally answered my phone call (and pulled over to the side of the road to do so). Even after realizing that I should just purchase a new area rug for the price it would cost, he still took plenty of time to explain to me why and what I should be looking for. Such a pleasant experience.

Excellent service! Michael is a pro in this business! I had an issue with carpet that had gotten wet from a leak in my bathroom. Michael got down on his hands and knees, pulled up carpet, checked dry wall and gave me specific info on what I needed to have done with his cleaning. He provided me with good, professional and honest service. Good value as well!

I recently had Michael come to my house to clean our carpets and to tackle a sofa that had cat urine on the cushions. In addition to being an extremely nice guy, he and his assistant were extremely professional, explaining everything that would be done during the cleaning process and they had me inspect their work multiple times before leaving. If you’re tired of having just anyone clean your carpets and upholstery, call Michael and you’ll feel like a friend is doing the work at a very reasonable price.

I have used Michael for carpet cleaning multiple times over the last year and have been very satisfied. He is always on time and polite. My wife likes the quality of the results. I asked about his cleaning machine and It is a high end one with more options for temp and pressure than most. He had a few tough stains to work on and was successful. His prices are good. I will be reusing his service

WOW! HIGHLY recommended! I am extremely pleased with my entire experience! We just moved to town and our cat soiled our king size mattress in protest. I didn’t know who to call so I randomly dialed quite a few carpet cleaning places from the yellow pages. Michael with QCC was the only one who answered and explained what he could do and the projected outcome. (he’s highly knowledgeable in his field!) A courtesy call the day before was given & the day of he explained step by step what he was going to do and why. Protective mats were put down on our flooring before he began. He gave a detailed bill and the price was very reasonable! I would recommend Quality Carpet Cleaning to everyone who needs anything professionally cleaned. I plan on scheduling another appointment for our rugs and couch. He is a genuine guy who obviously takes pride in his work! It shows!
