History
Established in 2005.
Danelle Wozniak was admitted to the Illinois in May 2005 after completing her education at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL. She completed her undergraduate degree in Journalism at the University of Iowa in 2001.
During law school Danelle Wozniak interned at the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office in the Child Advocacy Center and then interned under Rule 711 in the Elgin Branch Court Traffic and Misdemeanor division.
Upon bar admission, Danelle Wozniak began her career as an Associate at long-established general practice law firm in Elgin until 2009. She branched out and established her own solo-practice in October 2009. Danelle’s primary areas of law focus on family, divorce, Guardian ad Litem appointments, and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Danelle also handles collection matters, general civil litigation and contract litigation.

Business Owner
Danelle Wozniak was born and raised in Kane County and graduated from Dundee Crown High School in 1997. She continued on to college and graduated with a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Iowa where she was also a member of Alpha Phi Women’s Fraternity. After graduating from Iowa she worked as a Staff Writer for the Daily Herald before attending The John Marshall Law School in 2002. Throughout her life she has been passionate about playing the violin and horse-backriding.
Her family continues to reside the area and Danelle and her husband, Scott, reside in Elgin.
