Poseidon Pressure Washing & Window Cleaning

I’m not sure who answered the phone, but this is clearly a small operation. Guy sounded like he just woke up, even though it’s after 10am.
After he answered, I asked if I had reached Poseidon and he said yes. I then asked if the company offered set pricing or if it was estimate based. I had to repeat myself on this question 3 times before he somewhat understood what I was asking.
Overall, I’m just not impressed with how the phone was answered. Based on the other reviews, I was hoping and expecting better service. I will call around to other companies to see how they sound.

So I was getting those pesky letters from my neighborhood association, you know the ones that you pay no attention to… Until, one day you notice they are coming more hastily and you decide you should open them. I finally opened the letters to discover I was being fined $ 500 for the grease and oil stains in my driveway!!! Then, to top it off I was given a week to get it fixed. So I guess that was a lesson learned, maybe I should not just put things off for later!
After calling around for companies that were affordable and available to come out within the week, I soon found out, that was not going to be easy. Everyone I called was either super rude, overpriced, or not available to come in the time frame I needed! Until I called Poseidon and spoke with Brandon! He was super nice and helpful and quoted me a great price too, the best part was he came out the same day! Not only that, he was able to clean my driveway better than new! I couldn’t be happier! My whole neighborhood is asking me who I used, because they are all up the same creek I was! The best part is the association dropped the fines! Thanks Poseidon!!!
