So. I went to this place after seeing my FB friend nice red color done. I was in love with the color so decided to call them up to schedule my date. A few days xmas I head there and explained I wanted the same color as my friend and I was refer to see Juana, the owner. After talking to her, she asked Socorro to do my hair. She is nice and sweet but sure enough my hair was not the color I wanted at all. After briefly discussing with my friend what was going on via FB chat. She contacted the Juana so she can deal with my hair. After, coloring, washing and spending 1 hr under the drier. She decided to redo everything and apologize for my handling my hair herself. Well, long story short she bleached my hair which I did not wanted to, and on top she over processed the color so my hair is very, very damage now. She even had to cut some because it was so breaking. I left California with my already cut hair and came back with short, damaged red hair. My hair is so short now and I have to cut it even more because of her work done on me. Let me add I went there at 10:15 am and I did not leave until 6:30PM and even charged me full price $ 110. I am so nice and stupid I still gave them tip for ruining my hair. They seem to be nice people but that does not help me with my hair and now i have to deal with this. My review is based on my treatment done at this place. I know they apologized but that does not bring my healthy hair back so I will never go back to this place. If you do for color processing, please be careful. On the other hand there is a nice girl who does really nice hair, Naty, I think is her name. Good luck if you pick this place

was able to get a cut and blow dry on walk in basis. Socorro was the stylist and she was super sweet. Im pleased with what she did and the reasonable pricing. will be returning (:
