Matos’s Growing Smiles

I have been taking my kids to Dr. Rosalie Matos since 2007. She interacts really well the them and she’s really caring. There used to be a long wait, she’s very popular, but it’s gotten better over the years. I usually make my childrens appointments 6 – 8 months in advance because I like them to have back to back appointments. They do charge $ 50 for each missed appointment so make sure you cancel 24/​hrs in advance if you can’t keep the appointment. They do call they day before your appointment as a «reminder» so thats really convenient too.
Other than the wait time, the only other complaint that I can give is a few years ago there was a receptionist there (she’s not there anymore) that was talking about how she dying for a cigarette and wanted a break to go smoke. The office was FILLED with children and just looked bad on that whole office and was also a bad influence on the children there. I pulled Dr. Matos aside and told her about it and she assured me that she’d take care of it right away.
Dr. Matos works in the same office as her husband but he takes adult patients and she is pediatrics.
Overall she is highly recommended, she is great!
