I frequently visit this Starbucks because its close to where I work. Is there a wait at times? Yes! Is that because its centered in the middle of a tourist trap? Yes! The Jersey Gardens Mall, where everyone flocks to this coffee shop. The barristers do the best they can to service everyones needs. I always enjoy their regular coffee especially the kona blend. I also enjoy their slow brewed ice coffee such as the toffee with a shot of espresso. The Starbucks signature Frappuccino sugar cookie is one of my favorites.

Smell the coffee… This is the closest Starbucks to where I live so I consider it a life saver, jaja. There’s always a line of 4+ people but the baristas are very fast and friendly. They also have a restroom, so that’s a plus when you are trying to find one restroom in the huge mall. The only reason they didn’t get a 5 stars is because of their limited sitting.

I stopped by here once or twice so far when I was in Jersey Gardens and hands down, possibly one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. It was a long line and I was on it for around 10 – 15 minutes(way too long). They should have at least have someone take orders on the line so it can be made and ready to go when the customer arrives at the bar waiting. I understand that this is the only Starbucks in the entire mall, but they should pick up the speed a bit. The staff tried to do their best but it doesn’t seem like there’s enough people working there and not the most welcoming.

Terrible service, not enough employees to handle the amount of customers on a Black Friday. The line is out the door but yet there’s only 3 employees on the floor. One ringing up the customers, one making drinks, and one just pacing around. I spent $ 20 something on drinks and asked for a cup of water. The barista tells me to go buy my bottle of water for $ 2 because«she’s too busy to give me one».

Slow service. Not enough employees to cover the amount of customers. They messed up my friend’s order and gave him something completely different. As for my drink, it was disgusting. I don’t know how they messed it up but it tasted horrible.

I think the staff tries to do the best they can but they never have enough people working. This store is always packed. Everyone needs their fix. The garbage cans are overflowing, the sugar and milk are empty. People are getting annoyed with wait times. Again, I think they are understaffed. This spot has potential.

I’ve been here twice and I haven’t experienced any of the terrible things that the other people have… This Starbucks is in Jersey Gardens so of course it’s busy as hell, but every time I’ve been there the customer service has been so accommodating and sweet, and my order was made perfectly every time. I didn’t even have to wait that long. Maybe the other reviewers caught the bad shift, but every time I’ve gone it’s been great.

I have become a regular customer at the Starbucks in jersey gardens all because the barista’s are so friendly. Suziie, Corey and Evelyn always know what I want. Suziie’s bubbly, energetic personality draws me into Starbucks! They are very welcoming, and even on a busy day, they are more than happy to be at your service, which shows a lot of dedication to their job. So to all you Starbucks people, if you are ever shopping around jersey gardens, be sure to stop by and ask for the sweet Suzzie, the charming Corey, and the efficient Evelyn! :)

Being a Starbucks customer since they first open store in Seattle. I never ever experience a BADANDRUDECUSTOMERSERVICE like a SUZIEE provided to me. Im always at the hotel around this mall and all the time before I step in the store I look around if I notice that this CUSTOMERSERVICEMONSTERISTHERE, I step out. If not I will step in and share happiness and smile with the rest of the crew who will provide a excellent customer service with my best coffee

I’m pretty lenient with baristas screwing up my orders as they are pretty elaborate(grande, single shot, nonfat milk and two pumps of whatever tickles my fancy at the given moment) but this place was beyond words. They made my drink with 2% milk, I know cuz I watched them, and when they handed it to me and I confirmed if it was nonfat he lied to my face and said it was; I decided to let it go. But when my husbands iced black and white mocha came out as a hot white mocha, we sent it back only to watch the guy make an iced white mocha with the usual 4 pumps syrup, catch himself in the last min, and instead of remaking it, he just added several more pumps of dark choc syrup rendering the coffee undrinkably sweet!!! How do u even respond to that? We didn’t bother asking him to remake it again as it was pretty clear he simply didn’t care and was bound to just screw up and lie again.
