Graduated in 1988 from Columbus State in Columbus, Ohio as Mental Health Tech.

Graduated from Central Ohio School of Massage in 1991.

LIcensed by Ohio Medical Board in Massage in 1992.

Moved to Tennessee in 2002 and licensed as a Massage Therapist here.

Have Continuing Education in Neuromuscular Reeducation, Reiki, Ortho-​Bionomy, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Healing Touch, Therapeutic Touch, Isometrics, and other.
