Hernley’s Polaris/Victory

I ordered a new Indian Chief Vintage from Hernley’s/Indian Motorcycle of Lancaster County. As the closest dealer to the DC area at the time, they were very accommodating considering I had to drive 120 miles to pick up the bike.
Unfortunately, delivery was delayed a couple weeks, but this was because of demand and manufacturing issues with Polaris. However, Hernley’s was very good at keeping in touch with new owners about the status of shipping for each of their bikes. They were also prompt in placing my order so I received a low number of the first 1901 numbered bikes.
Upon picking it the bike, everything went very well. Going over the bike and signing the paperwork took less than an hour and I was on the road.
They have also been very good on quick questions with the new bike after purchase.
Great dealership, only wish they were closer!

The area’s only Victory motorcycle dealer, and hopefully it stays that way. These gentlemen (and women!) know their product, are always helpful, and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Every part I’ve ordered has been delivered as promised, and every service visit has been performed with a smile.
This is how motorcycle dealerships should operate. The manager, Doug, is very friendly and rides almost 365 days out of the year… which is way more than most Harley riders ride in their lifetime.
Before you go out and spend thousands of dollars on a new bike, give these guys a look. You won’t be disappointed.
