Locally owned and operated, we have proudly served the Elizabethtown, Middletown, Hershey, Hummelstown, Palmyra and surrounding areas since 1995. History

Established in 1992.

Bob Scheetz started Middletown Auto Tech by working along with a local used car business in Middletown. He helped them with repairs to the cars they sold in addition to having his customers’ vehicles to work on. Eventually, his customer base grew so much that he moved out of the building he was in and to the current location of Middletown Auto Tech on Route 743 in Elizabethtown. In the years since moving to this area, the business has grown thanks to the great customers that keep coming back and referring us to their friends and families.

Business Owner

Bob Scheetz is the owner/​operator of Middletown Auto Tech. He has over 28 years of experience in the automotive repair field. After years of working for others, he was finally able to go into business for himself. Through the years, his business has grown because he puts customer service and quality workmanship above all else. Bob treats his customers with respect and fairness and he expects that they will get the very best service when work is being done on their vehicle.

Bob lives locally with his significant other and their dog, Buster. Since he lives and works locally, he also supports local businesses, causes, and charities. When he is not in the garage or behind the wheel of his rollback, Bob enjoys going to the sprint car races and riding his motorcycle. Bob has two grown children and has been blessed with three grandchildren.
