Owner William «Will» Rivera has been using the Chi-​Running & Chi-​Walking methods for several years now; making him a more efficient and injury free runner. He is a certified Chi-​Running/​Walking instructor and hopes to help and train as many people he can do what we all «Love to do» and that is to «Run/​Walk/​Play freely» just like when we were kids.

I recently purchased a pair of Altra Olympus running shoes from this store that had a manufacturer’s defect. I have owned 3 pairs of Altras previously and loved how my feet felt in them. I brought in the defective pair, so Will, the owner, could send in the shoes to the manufacturer to ensure they could improve upon this model of shoe. I had put some hard miles into these shoes prior to their mesh side wall giving way. I had no expectation of a refund or replacement, but that is exactly what I received, a new pair of Altras. I have always received courteous and knowledgeable assistance, and I would recommend this store to anyone searching for an awesome running/​triathlon store.

Running Soles is a great locally family owned business. The Rivera family are always very welcoming and helpful the moment you enter the store. Their knowledge of their inventory and the technology they use help ensure you receive the proper footwear for your fitness needs. Not only do they provide a store filled with great products they have brought our community together in good health. They provide weekly group runs that are open to everyone and they support the local school athletic programs.

The staff were extremely helpful, they carry a great selection of shoes and running accessories. Loved the foot scanner that tells you where you put your pressure when standing and what inserts will help with that. Bought some shoes and inserts a week ago and they were well worth it!
