Skaggs RV Outlet

I cannot say enough nice things about the service department at Skaggs RV. We were traveling home to Texas via Mammoth Cave towing a 34′ travel trailer when my husband noticed two trailer wheels were unusually hot. We checked with another repair place and were told they couldn’t help us for two and a half weeks! It was late in the day and Skaggs RV could not repair the trailer that night, but they gave us full hookups for free to camp in their parking lot overnight. The next morning, Mark and the other service techs were hard at work on our rig before 8 am. Three guys spent two hours and repacked the wheel bearings on both sides and checked the brakes for only $ 186, including parts. Down the road, we got concerned again and returned. Again, the service department put aside everything else and spent two more hours making sure everything was safely redone at no charge to us. We were treated courteously by everyone at Skaggs and Mark even checked up on us after we left. We have never received this kind of excellent priority service at any other RV repair shop.

We were traveling and needed a trailer cable since ours had come loose and needed to be replaced. The service dept. was very courteous and professional. Replaced the cable in less than an hour even though we did not have an appointment.
