Is there no zero on this review scale?
When someone calls and asks to speak with a manager, one should be able to do so. Denying the ability to give the managers name is unacceptable. And being rude while doing so is even more frustrating.
After writing a bad review, this business finally responded with a insulting message (calling my concerns childish). How so?
Here is their response:
«Your argument is invalid as the name is public. This is factual public knowledge. Your statements carry no weight without legitimacy. One more childish and fraudulent review easily reported. The manager is Corey Hack (Public Knowledge).»
This information is not public knowledge. I don’t consider it so because one can not get it over the phone… so I searched their FB page, their website, as well as conducting a basic Google search and was still unable to find it.
Now that the name is public knowledge, I
happened to notice that one of the reviews written here on Unilocal is INVALID (as Trobitech likes to say) because it is written by Corey H. Also, through my Google search I learned that the owner is listed as Dean N, who authored another INVALID review impersonating a satisfied customer.
Invalid and shady indeed.
I continued to defend my complaint and myself as I do not believe writing a bad review based on bad customer service is childish. Trobitech then responded with this:
«We realize that in any business, there will always be detractors that regardless of work ethic or quality of services performed will always be dissatisfied and/​or unruly. We understand that in the non-​perfect world that we are live in, these consumers will always exist. Thankfully, we have the maturity and unwavering steadfastness to kindly shoot down and ignore any would-​be detraction. We will continue to proudly serve our vast majority of satisfied customers with our professional customer service as we grow.»
Because of their maturity they posted it three times to make their point… and «liked» each and everyone of their own replies.
Now that’s CHILDISH!
Treating customers, or even potential customers this way, is unacceptable.

They do an excellent service at catering to all my needs and getting my laptop back to me very quick. Not to mention it was cleaned like brand new free of charge! Def going to head back whenever I need anything!
