The last time we went they refused to take our groupon then after we got everything they said it was cash only. No signs stating they wouldn’t accept either. They claimed it was because of new owners but the lack of making customers aware of any changes is what really bugged me.

We went in to use the Groupon deal and were told they were no longer honoring Groupons. We were told to contact Groupon for a refund. Way to hassle the customer.

The Groupon deal is not bad. But they’re Monday & Wednesday deal is a total RIP-​OFF!!! The sign posted reads «16oz. for $ 6 fill it as much as you want» & the attendant still weighs it and charges you by weight? I Paid $ 30 for 3 small yogurts and when we questioned the sign deal, He said the sign says yogurt only not the toppings which is a lie!!! The small print only reads: «cannot be combined with other coupons or offers».
We will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!! SO YOU ENJOY THE $ 12 YOU RIPPED ME OFF!!! By the way your peanuts were stail too!

Dream frozen yogurt was great! Friendly service and a lot of toppings to choose from. They do have a rewards program and some Facebook incentives, so they obviously care what customers are saying and want to meet customer requests. Everyone is leaving happy. Definitely worth a try.

I love their strawberry flavor! So so so good. The only thing I don’t like about this place is that the prices are kinda high. I payed 8 dollars for my frozen yogurt.

I just moved to the neighborhood and wanted to explore this frozen yogurt establishment. It’s clean and offers plenty of toppings, however you do not have a rewards/​perks program that would invite me or anybody for repeat business. You have no social media presence of any kind. Red Mango, Menchies, Yogurtland, are all at the top of their craft, and Dream needs to get on the band wagon or else they will be just on the bottom of the gutter!

I just wish they would take all those paper signs from the glass windows and leave only the neon ones so it will look less cluttered and confusing. Great froyo texture and taste with 14 flavors to pick from. Place is super clean and organized. Really good ;)

its ur typical frozen yogurt place where u have several flavors to choose from & even more of a selection of toppings to put on ur yogurt. cute place with great color walls! it just opened so not a lot of action cuz i dont think people know about it. i was surprised with some of the toppings they had available cuz ive been to other yogurt places & they didnt have them. 4 ex) the tapioca balls wich is usually in those asian smoothies, mangoes, kiwis & watermelon slices. would definitely come back & try this place again!
