As soon as we walked in, they were very rude and rushing us. I kept telling that she was cutting my nails crooked, and she argued with me saying that they weren’t. I asked her to please cut them. She refused. She would only file them from that point. If I’m paying for a service, I expect them to listen to what I want. Nails 4 U? More like Nails 4 Them. It’s all about them. Not their customers. I’d never go back.

I love this nail salon. When I need a quick mani/pedi this is where I like to go. I have never had any problems and have been going for years. I do love a good foot/leg massage and I would give 5 stars if they focused a bit more on good and consistent massage techniques. Very friendly. Try them out!

What a crap hole! Went for a toe polish change. She messed up the big toe and instead of taking off the polish completely, she rigged it and put nail polish thinner or remover on my toe, which bled to my skin and added a third coat. Back after work and when I told her is was smudged she said«look ok to me» please just do what I ask and fix it. It’s $ 10.00 for that and I expect to be happy! Please do not question a paying customer. Then, I didn’t remember the name of the color, since they have 900 to pick from. No help. At that point, I said just put something close to the color on, I want to leave! Cackling hens in their own language that makes my skin crawl… you understand the green cash, right?

I gave this place a second chance and still very disappointed. They are very nice, but I was disappointed how my nails turned out. My pedicure was ok. With in a few days it started to chip. My «no chip» last literally a week and you could pull off the paint very easily. I felt as if the no chip could have came off in a few days of i wasn’t careful. I’ve been to other nail salons priced the same and the no chip lasted 3 weeks. I was very disappointed and won’t be returning. Its disappointing because this place is so close to my house. I also asked for my ns to be rounded instead they were oval which I hate.

Do not go here! They have no idea what they are doing! I went in for a pedicure and eyebrows. I told the lady exactly what I wanted for my pedicure. She cut my nails super short and acted like she didn’t know that’s not how I wanted them. I was pissed next disaster was my eyebrows. She literally waxed them almost completely off! AND they are uneven. I’ve been getting my eyebrows done for over 16 years and have never had any issues. She tried to blame me and after I got pissed she started talking in her language to someone else and all I heard was laughter. Unbelievable. Do not go to this salon unless you want a disaster. Mortified to walk around like this.

I finally have found a wonderful salon for pedicures that is close to home and at a great price. Kelli did a wonderful job. I plan to return and buy gift certificates for Christmas gifts.

Meh I was not impressed with my lunch break pedi. They do some random upcharges unlike other mani/pedi places and the massage chair was bunk. In addition, at the end of my pedi, I saw she messed something up and ignored it. I did too because I just wanted to be done and it wasn’t all that noticeable anyway. f I’m in a pinch(read: my nails look like hell) I will go back but I think I’ll go across town to the other nail place near work from now on.

This place was fabulous. I visited with a friend who lives in the area and I’m really, really happy with the friendly service and great manicures that we both got. The spa pedicure stations are really comfortable. They’re almost sheltered in a little, dreamy cove with nice, soft music and warm water in the basins. The massage chairs are powerful and have settings for every taste. The actual pedicure was great. I paid extra for some additional spa goodies that smelled awesome, softened my skin and made the leg massage that much better. The gel nail manicure was tedious but awesome. At first, I was annoyed that this was taking so long but I realize the guy did probably the best job with all of the filing and grinding that I’ve ever had in a manicure ever. I would LOVE to make this my go-to mani/pedi place, but it’s in Elk Grove, which is super far from my house. If you live in the area, though, go immediately.

I had a very good experience. Kathy was hilarious and my no chip manicure rocks. She poked fun at my choice of color but I can’t hold that against her. I have passed this place several times over the last two years but usually it is during the work day and there is no time to stop in for service. It is lunch and back to work. It is located in the strip mall with Fed Ex Kinkos, Good Tequila and Dominicks. I called the location to find out their hours today and was told they closed at 5p, Many area salons close at 4p. Walked in and the place is really nice. The pictures do not do it justice. It is very nice and there are lots of colors to choose from. There were over 50 no chip colors and that in and of itself warrants an extra star. Students receive a discount and pedicures are $ 22 Monday through Wednesday. They have been open for about 6 years so it is very surprising this is the first review. Guess it is one of Elk Grove’s best kept secrets.
