Technically I would give this store 0 stars if possible… Slow service for printing service we were told 15 minutes an hour and a half ago. I finally had to get a manager to come up and help the dude behind the counter who knew absolutely nothing of what he was doing. We handed him a flash drive and then continue to shop we are getting some pens and highlighters calculator we come back up to the counter 20 minutes later the dude hasn’t even started because we have to purchase the flash drive first. The employee could have called us up on the intercom ir had have someobe come find us out of the floor there were 4 other people that were in the store shopping… Now I had to sit there and wait for him to scan everything and put it on the flash drive that we wanted him to do originally never been there for about 40 minutes now I finally get some alone then open the hard drive all that time he could have scanned everything in between apparently he has to be the cashier to… So we kept pausing for that then he can’t put them in a group to put them on the flash drive has taken individually which is going to take much more time apparently like when we had to go to the car I can get the manager to help with anything I’m not going to bother shopping here…

Horrible customer service. Prices in ad don’t match prices that ring up, so watch that. If the ad says all they don’t honor it. Do a price match at another store and avoid this one. Just a hassle.

I just want to give a big shout out Shayna, print center, at the Elk Grove Village store. I had to get some postcards printed very quickly, rush order. Shayna was courteous, efficient and very understanding. Although she also took care of other customers she was able to get my job done while I waited at the store. BRAVO to great customer service. Thank you!

LOVE the fact that they are right next door to Starbuck’s. Grab a cup of Joe and make your last minute office supply shopping!
It’s very clean and the staff there has so far been very generous to me. I usually make several runs here for work so it’s not only convenient but it sure does make my morning as well!
