We are an independent family owned business which enables us to concentrate more on our employees and customer service rather than corporate rules and regulations.

We have 5 philosophies. These include: offering guaranteed guest (customer) service, having professional and knowledgeable employees, providing the highest quality products and services, staying current with the most technically advanced systems, and inspiring personal growth and development.

We want to offer the quickest and most enjoyable auto services as possible. It’s important to change your oil, have your tires rotated, change your wiper blades, and have your fuel injectors cleaned out in order to keep your car running smoothly. Established in 1985.

Brian has been in the business for 30 years now. Brian and his father opened Oil Pro in 1985 and it has been a family owned business ever since. Oil Pro is now in it’s third generation as Brian’s son, Jason, is a part owner in the business. Both Brian and Jason are extremely active in the business as they are both there nearly every day.

I went here to get a second opinion on some work I was told I needed on my Chevy.
The guy who helped me not only looked at it for free– but also did a quick replace of a plug at no charge. He told me what was wrong with my car (and also told me that it was nowhere near as «urgent» of a problem as the previous place had told me– which seems far more trustworthy). He wasn’t pushy and gave me a lot of information. I have read some reviews saying that Oil Pro is expensive, but to me it seems worth it for their honesty and good business practices. Once I have the money saved to get my car fixed I will be taking it there for sure.

Randomly stopped here because I was in the area and had some time to get an oil change. I usually dread the whole oil change process and the way other places really try to push and sell as much as they can. This place didn’t do that. I obviously went at a good time (around noon) and was in and out in 15 minutes. The guy I worked with was informative but not pushy to sell anything and explained their free top off program and a coming up customer appreciation discount day.
I don’t live in the area but I will make it a point to go back there for oil changes. Highly recommend!

Thanks for the speedy service! I stopped here on my lunch break for an oil change and they did it in less than 20 minutes! They also were very friendly and professional. As usual they recommended I have some other services done on my car, but I didn’t feel pushed to buy them. Before I went in I went to their website on my phone and took a screenshot of a coupon and they accepted that! Would definitely recommend to people.

Finally I place I feel I can trust. Staff was customer friendly. Adults work here not a bunch of bored 19 years olds. They did not try to upsell $ 100 worth of things I did not need. I will be bringing my car here from now on.

I like that they are open on Sunday’s now but you have to watch the prices. it’s high to begin with for an oil change, but when they run promotions, it seems that all of the staff members are inconsistent. I received an email that oil changes were $ 10 off in the month of December. I went to pay and the guy charged me full price. I told him about the email and he said «oh yeah, that’s right .»

I have been coming to this location since 1999. I love the staff and the service. As for price, yes they are a little more expensive than I want to pay. I will pay for the «extras» like knowing, my car, giving me recommendations (not up-​selling), being efficient, and knowing my name. As long as Oil Pro is convenient for me (I live Homer Glen and work in Itasca), they are MY shop. I schedule my maintenance around their hours. I call and get an estimate of turn around. I am a very satisfied customer.

Nice, but a tad epensive. Full service 36 — deluxe 62 — synthetic 68 — high mileage 51. Kind of upset that a window issue was overlooked after car was pulled out of bay. Matter of factly as it’s not our problem (it wasn’t;) but give a man a reach around and at least show some concern.

I would gladly give them 5 stars for consistent good service. However on my last visit, they were out of the special oil my hybrid civic requires, so I had to delay my oil change. But service is always fast and friendly, and they don’t try to sell you unnecessary services.

I am always wary of shady or less known mechanic shops but this one tickles my fancy. Ive been going to this Oil Pro since 2007 and have had zero problems since. The old oil shop I used to go to stole a bag from my car that had condoms and lube I bought from WalMart earlier in the day. ($ 40 loss). I wasnt happy, but i wasnt about to argue about the theft with all the old ladies in the waiting room. Anyways…
The guys here at Oil Pro do a very good job and are very quick. I know a lot about cars and not once have they tried to sell me on a bogus repair or bogus fluid change. They track your cars performance and past adjustments so they know exactly when you need to flush out certain systems.
They top off fluids as well, so a standard oil change will come to about $ 30-​$ 35.
To Oil Pro dudes: keep on keepin on.
