Business Owner

Jim B, Principle inspector at Precision Property Inspection, began his real estate career in 1994 by purchasing and rehabbing single-​family homes. Several projects later, he became the go to person for friends and family who were remodeling there homes or looking to purchase another home.

Jim has completed over 150 hours of training as a home inspector, to date, and is a member in good standing with AHIT, InterNACHI and IAC2, as well as a member of the Pro-​Sight Property Inspection network.

Jim takes pride in performing a very thorough home inspection, and inspection report. He also believes an important part of the process is helping clients understand the workings of their new home, and in offering the knowledge needed to help them maintain their home for years to come.
