I could not be HAPPIER! Brad came in and measured, very professional! He told me it would be a week or so before the countertop was installed. I found out my contractor would be leaving town and called Brad to let him know I was in a pinch as far as scheduling. He scheduled installation that very morning to alleviate any scheduling problems with my contractor and anxiety on my part. Dan did the installation, exact, clean, and quick! I recommend Wilcor to anyone seeking a new countertop – these guys are the best!

I had every countertop in my house replaced (9 pieces in all, including integrated sinks and backsplashes). Brad came out to measure the same day I submitted my request. He was very polite and communicative and explained the entire process up front. One day later he called to schedule our install at my earliest convenience. I chose a date only two days later and booked them for 9am.
Paul and Bill showed up right on time to perform the install. They were fast, courteous, and professional. I was working on some drywall missing when they came and they were happy to work around me, despite me being a bit in the way. I’m also interested in learning how installs like this work, and both Paul and Bill were happy to answer my questions and show me how they did their work.
Brad’s measurements were extremely accurate, and every piece fit perfectly, even the ones requiring tiny notches to fit my trim work. The countertops and sinks were installed quickly and the end result was really impressive.
I highly recommend Wilcor and their team; if I had any countertops left (which I don’t anymore) I would absolutely use them again.

I called for an estimate of kitchen countertops. The salesperson NEVER showed up and NEVER even bothered to call and say she wasn’t coming out. I took a day off of work to get the estimate. After waiting until the follwing afternoon, I called to find out what happened and the same woman answered the phone and was RUDE to me!!! Instead of asking what she could do to accomodate my schedule and come back to gieve an estimate, she complained to me that I wrote a negative email to COSTCO who referred me. NEVER EVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
