Had the best experience with 3 Blind Brothers! Dart is very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He is responsive to emails and very punctual. The installation process was well orchestrated and no mess was left behind. Our new blinds look amazing in our home and we are so appreciative! Pricing was very fair. Highly recommend 3 Blind Brothers. Do not hesitate and there is no reason to shop around, they are the best in the business!

We had two 14 year old blinds (original cost = $ 700) where the ribbons to pull them up gave out within a couple days of one another. Called 3 Blind Brothers. They quoted me $ 65 for the service call and $ 75 if they had to restring the blinds. Turned out they didn’t bring the correct string/​ribbon with them. Took my blinds back to their business, repaired them overnight and reinstalled them the next day. Cost: $ 65.00. The blinds work fine and the discount for the minor inconvenience of not having the blinds for one day was very fair. D’art and Paul were both very pleasant to work with as well. If I ever need another blind repair I’d use them again.

Contacted hunter Douglas about battery wand issue with one of my blinds. They had retrofit solution that was free but would not work in our living room. They recommended that we contact 3 blind brothers. Dart was on vacation however he called back to schedule appointment. I expected a solution that would require lots of money to convert four blinds to new battery wand. Dart arrived and went to work to solve problem not to try and sell me something. He quickly determined that he could make it work. He took the blind and came back next day with it working. Apparently battery contact required a little muscle and lots of experience. Success. Low cost, timely, friendly and professional. When we need new window treatment we will certainly call Dart and 3 blind brothers. Strong recommendation. Wow! These are some of the best professional people I have EVER worked with. Not only are they very professional and are very fair for what they charge, they helped me repair some blinds in lighting speed. Also, they spent some time to educate me about how to care for the blinds going forward to make sure they last for a long time. I will use them for sure in the near future.

Made the call to 3 Blind Guys and Dart was who I spoke to. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me determine what was right for our windows. After his in home visit to assess our needs and look at samples I cancelled my next appointment with another company (a chain) because we like to support home grown local companies. We were not disappointed. The blinds were ordered and within 10 days they were installed by Dart and his son and we LOVE them. Dart also fixed a blind in a room that was already in place.
3 Blind Brothers will certainly without a doubt be our «go to» company for other window treatments in the future!

Had a problem with wooden blinds. 5 broke. Called 3 Blind Brothers, and talked with Dart. Wonderful and friendly. Came right over. Had his sample, matched the color perfectly, said it would be 3 weeks. Less than 3 weeks later, he called, said they were in and could he come over. Arrived with his son, Evan. Took their shoes off so as not to dirty the carpet, was in and out in 15 minutes. Perfect fit and replacement. Even brought a few extras. Would hire them again in a second. Would recommend them to anyone, and, I have.

3 Blind Brothers and Troy are as good as it gets! Just had shutters installed in my home and Troy made the experience a joy. From the initial measure and estimate, to the install, Troy kept me informed as to what was happening. Pricing and customer service were 10 times better than Home Depot. I would definitely call Troy and 3 Blind Brothers for all of my window covering needs!

Dart came early and with his son. Very kind and courteous. I really appreciate the fact that he called to confirm the day before the repair and also called to see if I was available earlier also. Better then most other companies in the area that never called back. Anyways, he repaired my blind and cheaper then what others charged me and also gave me a warranty on his work. I definitely recommend Dart.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with The 3 Blind Brothers, a family business in Elk Grove, California. After attempts to work with four different blind and window covering vendors in the past, I finally found a Residential & Commercial Window Covering business that is reliable and professional! Brothers, Dart and Troy (there is also a 3^rd brother — Chris) were reliable in keeping their apppointments with me for servicing of a wood shutter that needed a louver replacement. They kept me in touch with me when the manufacture got delayed and let me know what was happening. Their service fee ($ 50) is also significantly less than the Hunter Douglas galleries. I will absolutely call upon them in the future for purchase of new window treatments and/​or servicing of those in my home. I highly recommend the 3 Blind Brothers! Please don’t confuse 3 Blind Brothers with The Blind Guy. They are on opposite ends of the spectrum. Thank you Dart and Troy!
