History
Established in 2013.
Bravo’s was developed out of a desire to serve the community «healthy eats». After careful research and planning, a menu was developed with the concept of supporting local farmers, thus creating «Farm to Fork, Harvest to Home and Access to Agriculture». Bravo’s owners understand the fast paced society of today, and wanted to provide an experience in healthy eating via a quick (fresh) serve environment.

Jim B.
Business Owner
Owner, Jim Brown, is a local rancher who practices Natural Horsemanship and training. With family roots in Oklahoma & Texas, he has experienced life in a country setting including animal husbandry, crop development, and agricultural imprint. Over the years he developed a unique desire to help others appreciate the value of healthy eating, via humane animal treatment, lowering carbon footprint (by local shopping) and avoiding harmful chemical agents & preservatives found in everyday mass produced products. His goal is to increase local jobs at the restaurant, as well as with the local farming community.
