While ordering went well. Then I got to the window to meet with Felma, she didn’t greet me or anything. Only thing she said was, «$ 3.99» I then proceeded to give her a $ 20 bill and waited awhile for my change. I then got my food and told me that they’re still getting my change. Meanwhile the change was all crumpled up and I never received a receipt. I asked for a receipt politely, then gave me a receipt with no cashier name or anything, nothing legit at all. I then called the establishment a few times because no one would answer, and then talked to a guy to get her name so I could call the manager the next morning. She didn’t really interact with me at all during this visit. Carl’s Jr. corporate needs to train their employees correctly.

This will be the last time i go to this Carl’s Jr. Spent $ 10 on old food. This place has been going down hill for sometime now.

Slowest drive thru ever. Period. 30 min start to finish. Every single time I come here they take longer than any other drive thru. In and outs line is 3 times as long and I’m out with my food in a quarter of the time.

Probably go here once a year or less nowadays, but I don’t remember it being this bad when I would go more frequently in years past. Place a pretty simple order — two of the same sandwich, sandwich only, no combo meals, to go. There were about three other orders before mine for dine-in/to-go and four other orders for drive-thru. I only saw one lady making burgers, and one guy taking care of the fries and such. One girl was in charge of drive-thru orders, and the other girl for dine-in. Maybe this is the hangry Michelle talking, but it took 15 – 20 minutes at least waiting for my two sandwiches. Another customer got all their food but was still waiting on a chocolate shake. At one point the front workers were telling the food assembler to either hurry up or that they needed more of a certain item, to which she replied, «You don’t need to yell at me.» They were also short on cheese and the sole cashier had to go to the back and retrieve some. I wouldn’t normally review a fast food place, but seriously, after this experience I didn’t even want to eat the burger anymore and ended up at Asian Garden 2, no joke. For other fast food in the vicinity there is A&W, McDonalds, and further down the road, Jack in the Box, In-N-Out, Five Guys, Habit, and Smashburger. I would take your business there, or find another Carl’s that’s more well-run.

Zero stars is what they deserve. I love the all-natural burger, but for the second time in a row, the drive-thru has screwed up my order. First time, I got some kind of chicken sandwich. This time, I got a mushroom swiss(and I HATE mushrooms!). WTF is wrong with the people who work there? I’m never ever ever going back. And I want my money back.

Only giving one star because I have to give a star I visited this restaurant tonight my dad order the next text me burger and on the pop or should I say the advertisement says that foe a large combo shown it’s 10.29 so we said ok we like the large combo they said no that’s for a sml combo. But on your advertisement it says for a large combo for 10.29. The cashier was really nice and went and asked the manager. The manager esmerelda was as rude as they come. Did say sorry for the misunderstanding nothing just told me I’m wrong I’m not wrong I am a general manager at a fast food restaurant and when you post something and it says as shown that’s should be the price. just know that you have terrible. I terrible customer service. the cooks are not even wearing gloves. They leave the buns on the table with no type of wrappers nothing.

I love Carl’s Jr. But, I don’t know WTF is wrong with the drive thru here. They just can’t get my order right! All I wanted was a 6 piece chicken stars kid’s meal. They said they didn’t have 6 piece available so, how about 5 pieces? I said, okay. That’ll be $ 8.07 …WHAT!!! Hell No!!! Just give me the 4 piece kid’s meal. $ 4 something… How the Fuck did they get from $ 4 to $ 8 over one piece of chicken star?! Anyways, I got my $ 4 kid’s meal. As I drove away, my kid said he got chicken strips instead of stars. Argh!!! Now I’m pissed! Had to go back, park the van and walk in to fix my order. I have never had so much trouble ever… anywhere! How difficult can it be to just order one fucking kid’s meal?! Note to the manager: Please put someone at the drive thru window who knows what he’s doing!!! Side note to corporate: Why does the«Six Dollar burger» cost $ 7 ??? Either change the name to «Seven Dollar burger» or charge me $ 6.

I’ve been to this Car’s Jr. on Elk Grove-Florin Road a few times now and each time it gets more and more disappointing. The workers at the drive through are nice but the food is terrible here and Carl’s Jr. is normally one of my favorite fast food places to grab a burger. The last trip here was over the weekend and I won’t be back. We ordered a chicken sandwich, chicken tenders(the only thing that tasted okay), onion rings. chicken enchiladas(really small, didn’t even finish), and a low carb $ 6 burger. The beef patty on the low carb burger literally looked and tasted like cardboard; there was no way it was a «fresh» beef patty. We all wanted different things and I think I got tainted food because although everyone else was fine I was sick all night after eating the burger. I am definitely not coming back to this location again.

I went through the drive thru today and ordered fried zucchini but the said out of ranch. I didn’t want the BBQ or ketchup to put on them yuck! I asked the manager and he didn’t have anything else to offer me. I said a $ 1 hamburger would work and he said he couldn’t give free food. I ordered 2 orders of fried zucchini and I didn’t get my ranch. You are ripping me off! His name was Lara a black dude with a girl name? Lol. Wow man up bro! One dollar to make a customer happy to come back for not having ranch. Btw how can you run out of ranch? Don’t you have salads? What a total idiot! I am not coming here ever ever again. I will tell everybody about you the black dude work a girl name! Lol

This Carl’s Jr is down the street from my house. I go there maybe once a year. A few weeks ago I went and received a rock hard fish sandwich. Annoyed, I waited an hour or so and drove back to the store to have it remade. I explained to the man working the window that I had received an old sandwich. He asked me if I wanted a new fish patty. He was going to put a new patty on the old bun… I told him that I wanted the sandwich remade. He sticks the new sandwich in the bag with the ice cold fries that I did not eat previously. I had to ask him for new fries. No apology for the fact that I had to return to the store and no offer of compensation. That seems like common sense to me, someone has to come all the way back to your store to return something and you only remake half of the order? I will pass. Yes, you are a fast food joint, but you can do better… Fail

The customer service seems good through the drive thru at least. Their drinks are always watered down. I don’t remember a single time that the drink didn’t taste watery(if you order soda).

Ordered to a Charboiled Teriyaki Burger from here to go. While I’m eating my burger at home, I noticed some black thing sticking out. I examined it close and it happens to be a large insect cooked into my burger. Never coming back.

Rude employees. I understand they hate their job, but don’t be rude to hungry customers. This location always messes up my order giving me the wrong order or forgetting some of it. They always burn my meat. I asked them not to and they still burnt it… Dry meat isn’t that.

This Carl’s is the closest place to me that I can get a cheeseburger I will eat. That means I drive right by the McDonalds and the A & W. Their burgers are awful! When I just want a light quick snack a beef, bean, and cheese burrito from Carl’s fills the bill. Their cheeseburgers and fries are at least eatable, but then I love In n Out Burgers. The restaurant is clean, but most of the time I drive thru anyway. When I do eat inside two things bug me. A. they are also a Green Burrito location and yet they don’t have a salsa bar. What? And B. they have these über loud buzzers going off all the time. They are the timers on the deep fryers and cookers. Also one for the drive thru I think. They are really loud and a drag to have to hear them go off 2 or 3 times a minute. The help are typical fast food kids. Check your order before you drive away!

Firstly, don’t argue with me when I order my kid’s burger plain and I have to bring it back in for you to fix it. «You didn’t say plain» is crap. You might not have heard, but I definitely said it. Second, don’t put the burger that my kid took a bite of back in the rack with all the other burgers. Gross health hazard and I’m sure the food safety people would be interested to know this. Lastly, if you’re the manager its probably not a good idea to be in the kitchen yelling profanities where customers can hear you. I know it’s fast food, not rocket science or fine dining, but jeez.

I like carls Jr but unfortunately every time I go to this location the food is Luke warm at best. If you like your food cold I would definitely recommend eating here. I would avoid the drive thru go inside and ask for a burger fresh off the grill if I ever ate here again.

I mean, whatever, it’s fast food. But nobody speaks English and they will most definitely screw up your order… every time. Also, go through the drive-thru. It takes FOREVER. But at least you won’t get sick from the super-dirty tables. I would never let my kids play in that play place. Never in a million years. However, for some reason, I keep coming back. Probably because its the closest thing to my house and I’m ultra lazy. Or it could be that the $ 1 spicy chicken sandwich and criss-cut fries hit the spot most every time.
