Business has really gone down the toilet. Chris pays zero attention to his customers — and I have been one for over 20 years. When, and if, you ever get a return phone call it is pretty clear that morale there is in the tank too. Really too bad but I will take my business elsewhere.

Horrible service when you are finally able to get a hold of someone and even that’s after you call customer service because the agents office never answers the phone. I requested insurance cards a month ago haven’t received them the girl in the office couldn’t seem to inform me of my address and the price she quoted me a month ago when I removed a vehicle from my policy is different from what their website is telling me and it’s also different from what she is telling me now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT TO ANYONE… Unless you don’t ever want to reach anybody when you call and when you do encounter them they are just rude.
