Creative Smiles Photo Booth

I just hired them for my wedding on May 27^th and not only did I have an amazing time but my guests loved using the photo booth. The BEST photo booth vendor! No need to look anywhere else. The owners Robert and Beverlyn Gonzales are so extremely easy to work with. They are very organized, helpful and very friendly and it was so easy to get in contact with them if ever I had a question. And most importantly they make you feel like a valued customer. I never felt rushed when making decisions regarding the photo layout. They arrived on time, and the set time was so quick. Their staff member Nicho who was operating the booth was very professional, friendly, and always had a big smile on his face. I would highly recommend them!

Omg I love them! They have all their equipments ready to go and when they arrive to prepare, they were on time. They were different than any other photo booths and totally worth it. The line for a picture was longer than the buffet line and there were delicious foods! I am so happy they were part of my wedding on Sunday and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

My husband and I hired Creative Smiles Photo Booth for our wedding on April 24, 2016, after a dear friend’s recommendation. Our photo booth was a hit! Robert is a very creative and talented individual, who goes above and beyond to provide his clients with a one-​of-​a-​kind photo booth and photos. I communicated with Robert via text, and he always responded promptly.
We hired Creative Smiles Photo Booth for 4 hours during our reception, and Robert provided us with an open photo booth with a silver backdrop and a red carpet, just like how we requested. Robert also brought various props and signs that kept our guests very entertained. At the end of the night, since my husband and I went with the 4-​hour photo booth package, Robert handed me a customized photo album where my guests were allowed to write personalized messages for us next to their photos and a USB of all of the images. Robert also quickly uploaded all the photos on to the company’s Facebook page, so my guests were able to find and save their images.
I absolutely loved the customized 4×6 photos Robert created for my husband and I. Our guests still rave about how «cool» our background was for the images. I was so happy to see the 4×6 personalized for us (Robert is definitely more creative than providing a simple 4×6 photo strip).
Besides having various styles of photo booths, props, and photo strips, the reason I would always recommend Creative Smiles Photo Booth is because Robert and his team are incredible. Robert is so passionate about what he does, and the passion radiates on his face! When I saw him at the venue, I could see how happy he was helping my guests with the props and showing them how the photo booth worked. Robert and his nephew were able to attend over 400 of my guests! They arrived an hour before the scheduled start time of the reception to set up, and stayed until they were able to hand me the photo album and USB.
I would always recommend Creative Smiles Photo Booth to all of my family and friends. I look forward to working with Robert and his team again. :)

This Unilocal review is so way past due, but here goes… If you’re looking for photo booth services, with up-​do-​date props, excellent customer service and for your guests to have an AWESOME time at your party… STOP LOOKING and book with Creative Smiles Photo Booth TODAY! You’ve found the BEST forget the REST!!! I hired Creative Smiles for my dad’s 75^th birthday celebration back in March 2015, and it was a total HIT!!! Everyone loved taking pictures over and over and over again and got copies of EVERY photo. We opted with the 4×6 prints instead of the strips. The background layout that Robert created was so cute! You even get a USB with all the pictures from that night!!! You also have the option to purchase a memory book where the pictures are placed into and the guests sign next to the photos. My dad absolutely loved it! Robert & Lynn (owners) are very friendly and are wonderful to work with. If you ever have a question, they are just a call/​text away and respond very quickly! We opted for the «open» booth because it can fit a large group of people at a time. Their prices are very competitive and are worth every penny. My dad was so happy that I hired Creative Smiles (he didn’t know that there was going to be a photo booth at his party) and said that this was the BEST birthday party he’s ever had!
My daughter is getting married this month, and YES, OF COURSE… I hired Creative Smiles to be at her wedding too! Only the BEST for my baby girl! Will definitely post a review after the wedding. =)

They provided a wonderful photo booth experience for our wedding. Their props were fantastic and our guests actually told us that they used the best props they’d ever seen in a photo booth. Additionally, they found us about 30 minutes before they were leaving and reminded us to take bridal party, family, and bride/​groom photos; very considerate and demonstrative of their professional services. Prior to the wedding the were extremely communicative and customized our film strip to match the theme and colors of our wedding. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend and have zero complaints about their services.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!! This is an absolute must have at all parties, no matter the occasion! I had Robert and his team at both my wedding and after party! They were very professional, super fun, and energetic! I have never had so many options for props, and they were hilarious! I also opted to do the memory album which gave me a copy of all my guests prints and a place for them to sign their names or leave a message. Thank you Robert for everything! Creative Smiles Photo Booth was the highlight of our wedding reception. Our guests had an absolute blast taking silly pictures together! The staff is kind, caring and always polite. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.
Robert is professional, attentive, and he is very good about keeping lines of communication open leading up to the event. He provided exactly what he said he would and then some.

My husband and I booked creative smiles photo booth for our wedding on 9÷18÷2015. After doing so searching we saw that they had done a wedding at the venue that we were going to be getting married at. They had the most reasonable prices and after looking at all of their positive reviews we decided to book. We could not be more happy with how everything turned out! We booked them for only the last 2 hours of the wedding, and they came in and set up quickly and quietly. They had tons of props, and the pictures printed out right away letting our guest take them home! They also made us our very own book, which people signed next to their pictures. It was the hit of our wedding! If we ever need a photo booth for another even we will most certainly be calling creative smiles! Thank you again!!!

My husband and I booked them for our wedding which was on 8÷8÷15. Robert and his wife are AWESOME!!! They arrived on time and were extremely professional. The booth was a HUGE hit… they had the best, most updated props ever and the set up was not cheesy like most photo booths. We chose the elegant enclosed booth which fit perfectly with our Hollywood Glam theme. Our guests are STILL talking about the experience… even a few of the workers from the venue got in on the action. At the end of the night, Robert gave us prints of all of the bride & groom poses as well as a flash drive with ALL of the photos from the night. Not to mention that their prices are extremely competitive. If you need a photo booth for any occasion, look no further… THEY ARE IT!!!

I hired Robert for my son’s 5^th birthday party and everyone loved the photo booth. The keepsake photo was exactly what I wanted and the prop selection accommodated all ages. Excellent customer service was provided from the first point of contact up until the end of the party!!!

I was recommended by Kellmerr, a Unilocal Elite member for this business. At the time when I looked into for the event I was planning there were no Unilocal reviews which was back the end of May! I kind of hesitated at first but Kellmerr said they were on Thumbtack and I said to myself what was that??? So of course I looked into it and worked out a price for my event. This company on the Thumbtack had plenty of excellent reviews!!! What also was encouraging was the excellent communication I had between me and Robert. And on top of that they were located locally in Elk Grove as well!!!
I planned for this event almost two months ahead of time but was secured by a small deposit which I paid online. I kept in touch with Robert by text mainly and he was great with communication for the planning of my event as I rarely had to wait long for a response.
A week prior of the event the Gemini indecisiveness in me could not decide on a color for the backdrop. I finally went with white but when Robert showed up yesterday for the event he actually brought white and purple. When I saw that purple there was no question!!! I was so glad he did that. Also within a week of the event Robert will ask you what you want as the wording of the event. Like it would say surprise grad party for your family member. Just be sure he has the spelling correct as I went back to look at it and surprise was spelled incorrectly but he also caught it himself.
On the very day of the event, they said they would come at a certain time but was a little late. Of course I panicked as this was a surprise party for my daughter. But they eventually showed up a few minutes after and set up in no time at all!!! It only took them 20 minutes to set up. I’m glad that they fit in our liviing room with all of our furniture placed out of the way in the garage temporarily. I had to put the DJ outside because it would have been too packed in that little area. It all worked out perfectly.
Robert even tooked photos with his own professional camera as my surprised daughter came through the door. He texted me those photos. So he actually went over and beyond his job. He and his wife were just fabulous. They were there to help support us by manning the booth and printed extra copies as we took photos throughout the time there.
They brought a huge number of props that it was so cool to take numerous amount of pics!!! At the end Robert did provide me with a computer flash drive that contained all the pictures taken throughout the party. Of course that was perfect for my daughter as she will be able to print pictures of her friends and family.
All in all, this is our go to Photo Booth we will be using for a lifetime. Both Robert & Lynn are just amazing to work with. They are true professionals as they are best in the business. I highly recommend them if you have any questions just pm me. I really lucked out finding them and I have Unilocal to thank for that.

I hired Creative Smiles Photo Booth to do my niece’s graduation party and boy what a lot of fun that was. I recommend them for any kind of event. Not only will it help get your party started but then you will end up with photos of all of your guests that they them self’s posed for. Robert was great to work with from the 1^st contact, he gave me all the information I needed upfront to make a decision. After we booked him he followed through with collecting all the details so that we could have the best time. The personalized photo strips are nice touch and he does all that for you too which is great since I am not creative I would not have even known where to start. The whole processes was so great. Robert and his wife are not only very professional but the knew just the right way to interact with our guests. THANKS ROBERT!

It was super easy to get in touch w him, texting is the easiest for me, esp w a toddler running around. & he responded quick, no more than 30mins!!! Quick right!!! +2 stars (customer service is AWESOME!)
They provided more than enough props (their props were up to date & ‘cool’ — not your typical ‘old school’ & the normal-​regular props you see at every other event — sunglasses, hats etc). Robert & Beverly also had all the pictures saved on a thumbdrive, which I had no idea about. I asked them to save the hard copies for me which they did as well, not knowing about the thumbdrive. +2 stars
Our guests absolutely LOVED them :) I’d definitely recommend this Photobooth to everyone! If I knew about them year ago I would’ve hired them instead of Encore Photobooth for my wedding. +3 stars

Let me begin by saying that the owners Lynn and Rob are awesome! They are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. They have a photo booth business that is professional, affordable and lots of fun. They have lots of fun props, backgrounds and the photos are professionally done. If you want to liven up your birthday party, anniversary celebration, baby shower, wedding or other event, hire them. You won’t regret it!
