Creekside Chiropractic & Physical Therapy

I don’t usually take the time to do reviews but in this case I felt it was absolutely necessary! I was first a patient myself at Creekside chiropractic and Dr. Todd Antovich was wonderful in helping me understand the process of what I needed to do in addition to what he would do for me at each treatment session. It took a few months but slowly but surely I did receive relief from the problems that I was having in my lower back. The real testimony to Dr. Antovich was this weekend when I called him out of desperation when my husband was literally crawling down the hallway because he couldn’t stand up he was in so much pain. Because it was a weekend and after hours Dr. Antovich asked if it would be OK if he came by my house so that he could bring me some things to help my husband’s pain. His service and compassion went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. He followed up with us the next day as well. Within 24 hours my husband was upright and cautiously mobile again. I will recommend Creekside Chiro to anyone who needs their services. They are the real thing when it comes to genuine care.

I have been a patient for both physical therapy and chiropractic. Both Carol and Dr Todd are very passionate and professional. I am a pharmacist and I always believe in chiropractic and physical therapy before medicine.

While I won’t claim to know a ton about chiropractors, I have been to 3 different chiropractors since college, and this was by far the worst. Since I don’t have a wide range of experience, my review is based on a comparison between Dr. Antovich and the other two chiros I’ve seen.
I chose Creekside because it wasn’t far from my home and I like little homey, local businesses. I received care for 2 months before deciding not to go back. Each time I went, I was sat in one of the rooms, and waited for at least 20 minutes. While I appreciate a doctor that is willing to spend quality time with his patients, I think that the scheduling needs to then be worked out and accommodate this. Many times I was coming from work and would be returning back to work at an anticipated time, and this could cause me to return late.
I didn’t mind Dr. Antovich himself. He’s nice and all. But after each adjustment, I would have pain in my neck. After the first few times of this happening, I told him about it, and he brushed it off as normal — that my body was correcting and that there would be pain involved. I had not known this to be true with the other two chiropractors I’d seen. But I continued to go, believing that it would eventually get better. It did not. It got worse and I began to have very bad headaches. It was the worst at night when I would lay down to sleep. I couldn’t get comfortable with the dull ache at the back of my neck and the headache pounding constantly. Because it was getting worse, I called and cancelled my next appointment (with plenty of time, of course). After stating that I did not wish to receive chiropractic care anymore, I was borderline harassed by the office staff. They called every week for a couple of months attempting to get me back in the office, even trying to scare me into their whole spiel: «you’re in the middle of treatment, it’s going to get worse if you don’t complete it.» They were always nice, but the message was clear — they missed my money flowing in.
I didn’t see a chiropractor for years after this one, for fear of the same thing happening. I’m sure not everyone has a terrible experience, but I did not have a good one at all.

I am a caregiver to a family member going on two years now. During that time the lifting and moving required has damaged my right shoulder. It has limited range of motion and intense pain. I started seeing Dr. Todd and his wife Carol the physical therapist mid-​January and thanks to the care I’ve received from them, I am on the path to healing. They include me in the healing process by giving me stretches to do at home. I have experienced the feeling that they both care more about helping me heal than they do about making a large profit. Even though my shoulder is taking longer than usual to heal, the overall feeling of well-​being after each adjustment makes me see the importance of regular adjustments, and after the shoulder problem is resolved, I plan to continue coming in for adjustments to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

I cannot say enough great things about Creekside Chiropractic and the staff. I was in an Auto accident last April and was referred to them. I was extremely skeptical as you hear horror stories with Chiropractors but ended up going and boy am I beyond thankful and what a blessing they have been. Not only did they help with the extreme neck pain but I have continued seeing Dr. Todd even after completing care with my accident and after having migraines for over 20 years and extreme back pain, I can go almost a whole month without needing prescription medication. I feel they have given me my life back and taken the fear of «am I going to wake up with a migraine» or staying close to home for fear of a migraine. I averaged over 11 migraines a month and a headache almost every day. I have dropped down to maybe 2 migraines a month and a couple headaches a month since seeing Creekside Chiropractic. Dr. Todd is beyond honest and the whole staff treats you like family.
They also cared for my 9 year old and she loved going to see them. She had no fear about getting readjusted.
I have changed my life and health since going and seeing Creekside Chiropractic. I am a firm believer of what Chiropractic care can do and HIGHLY recommend Creekside. They are not about the money which is rare, they are about changing your life and making you better.

When I was in high school, I received an injury before my powderpuff game (It was the end of the world to me at the time)
They took me in that day, helped me figure out the injury & gave me sessions to treat it before the game. The service was entirely amazing, and I felt really secure visiting them for any of my future needs.
I most definitely would recommend them with knowledge that you will be taken care of.
