I’ve been working out at EGSC since the start up and watched it grow in leaps and bounds. I’m a senior citizen and Corey has helped regain my core strength by starting with basic stretching to light weights and band stretches. I am now capable of working out within a class, but have chosen to stay with an individualized
Training program because my needs are specialized. Having Psoriatic Arthritis and going through Breast Cancer, my body, brain and health are now on the road to living a better life. Thank you Corey for your excellent training and dedication to me as well as each and every person in the gym who has a desire to get better, stronger and healthier. All the coaches and members share Corey’s philosophy of individual training within a group setting. You will not be sorry but amazed at the quick transformation of body, mind and spirit. I have been going to this gym for over a year now and I have to say I’m happy to have landed here. About 5 years ago I abandoned the 24 hour membership to try group fitness (Bootcamp and strength & conditioning/​crossfit) and have never looked back. The owner and coaches are very knowledgable and keep you motivated and accountable while offering a family friendly and fun environment. I believe they offer an affordable membership for the amenities and classes offered! Best of all you get a great workout every time and you never repeat!

I’ve been coming here since it was a backyard gym, 2 years ago. I’ve enjoyed nice manageable class sizes and personable coaches, with fun and challenging workouts that are different every time. I’ve not only gained strength but also confidence and have had the pleasure of meeting some pretty cool people along the way. I recommend this place if you want to get stronger, healthier, and know you’ll need someone keeping you accountable.

I am so happy I found this gym. It’s been many many years of trying different aspects of fitness & I can finally say I found a gym that will be my forever gym! Great coaches, great people & a GREAT workout. Weights always intimidated me… I never pushed myself… I was never comfortable… Corey & lance work hard at pushing you, working on your technique … & always giving you tips and advice! Everything is explained very well. In just 6 weeks my body has already changed! I highly recommended this gym to anyone who wants to be pushed and is looking for a great workout!!! Be ready to get addicted!

This is the BEST gym in elk grove. It offers great personalized coaching that incorporates lifting weights to tone as and loose weight as well as cardio. Great family atmosphere and everyone is a team player. Glad to be a part of such an awesome community.

Corey is a great coach who programs and modifies functional workouts to adhere to the individual needs of the client. This is a no-​hype gym that is straight to the point to get you to achieve the results you want. Coaching is precise and clear here. No need to be a «super star» athlete, if you are willing to learn and improve in your fitness the coaches here are invested in you. Been at other «cross-​training» gyms (many), and this place is organized, clean, and programming is not confusing. Family-​friendly and the kids room is air conditioned and spacious for your young ones to be safe during your workout. Highly recommended!

Love, love, love this place! The coaches know their stuff and if you want to get in shape, becoming stronger, and challenge yourself — this is the place to go. It is friendly gym — not full of show boats, which I appreciate. We challenge each other, but we support and push each other more. Corey has created a great atmosphere at EGSC — so much so that I’m there almost every day:)

Best gym in the area. A blend of cross fit, Olympic lifting, gymnastics and conditioning. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. It has a great family vibe and everyone helps everyone out. I’ve been to several other gyms in the area and will never leave this one.
