Endless Sun Tanning Salon and Day Spa

This is far the worst place to go do your nails/​tan/​wraps. Bought deals from groupon and it is impossible to get an appt ! Clearly they are booked for months ! I still have my groupon and still NEVER used it ! One already expired by their ridiculous schedule ! Now my other volteer will be expiring soon! What a waist of money and time they never pick up the calls! Go ahead buy groupon and wait months just to get a mani pedi, you’ll prolly forget your appt by then !

So I found this place on Groupon, when I initially purchased the Groupons (I bought one for a gift for my mom) I called to schedule an appointment, When she answered I could tell she was annoyed because I mentioned the groupon. They went from not having anything available until the next week to being booked for the following 3 weeks, I went ahead and scheduled both the appointments for today 10÷30÷15 at 1pm.
When we first got there I guess I got their old address somehow and ended up across the street from where they actually were, I called to tell them that the door was closed and Stacey said that they were around the corner, I asked «in the same shopping center?» and she said «yes» which they were not. They were across the street at a different one. Anywho as soon as we walked in they seemed annoyed that we were there. There was nobody else in the spa (made me wonder if they were actually booked for the three weeks they told me)
The lady (Stacey) that asked for our information was extremely rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever, the other one didn’t say anything at all. She told me that only my mom had an appointment scheduled and I told her that I had made the appointment for both of us when I called (They took both the voucher codes over the phone when I made the appt and they were able to redeem them both just fine) she said that they would be able to take us both in but that my son was a problem because who was gonna watch him, I told her that I would and she said «I don’t think that’s gonna work, are you gonna put him in your lap?» I said that I would if I had to, she said there was a sign on the door that said no children under 12 were permitted and I told her that nobody had mentioned that when I made the appointment and she said «well you didn’t tell us you were planning on bringing him» and I’m sorry but that really upset me because I’ve always taken my son with me when I get pedicures and never had a problem plus there was nobody else in the spa at all besides us. I told her that if it was such a huge problem that We could leave and she said «whatever you want». So I grabbed my son and told my mother we were leaving and Stacey then asked if we wanted to reschedule and I said «nope» and she said «ok» and still redeemed both Groupons before I could request a refund. I’ve never been to a place to get a mani/​pedi where kids were not allowed, which if they don’t allow them maybe they should mention something when you call to make an appointment if it’s such a big deal.
I get the whole «you get what you pay for» thing but if you dislike Groupon customers so much why put yourself on Groupon? It defeats the whole purpose if you’re just gonna treat them like crap.

I got a spray tan on September 3^rd for my brothers wedding and it is possibly the worse spray tan I’ve ever gotten. It started to separate and made me look like a had horribly dry skin or like I was a cow cause I was spotted. I have streaks and just looks horrible. I get spray tans all the time in Los Angeles where I live and they turn out perfect. I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone sorry but I’m upset that I look like I have skin disease on my brothers wedding.

IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment, and just for a mani/​pedi! It is ⁵⁄₇ and I had to book all the way out until ⁶⁄₂₇. Apparently there is only 1 technician and she won’t stay longer than 8 hours. So if you need to come after work, but she has an appointment in the morning, don’t even bother — she won’t be there. I really hope it’s worth the money.

I was a bit skeptical to get a mani-​pedi since the name itself implies specialty in tanning. However, a deal piqued my interest to stay open-​minded. I’m glad I tried it. Ladies were very nice and hospitable. Very clean and chic salon. I got their Shellac mani and spa pedi. I’m in love with their shellac. It was in perfect non-​chip condition for over 2 weeks. It blows my mind. Other salons doesn’t stand the one week mark before the outsides start peeling! For $ 25, it’s a steal for their Shellac. Their colors are a bit limited (under 20, but still offers a good selection). Only thing I would like to see improvement on is the music in the pedi and mani areas and speed up the work on the pedi rather than fill it with small talk.

Great, clean place to get a airbrush tan. The owner does the spraying and makes you feel completely comfortable in any setting. Very nice, even, realistic tan. Well worth trying this place out! I’m a repeat customer and they never let me down me. 5 stars!

Came here and had Jessica give me a micro/​pumpkin peel. It was of such high quality, and she is just SUCH a sweet person, that I rebooked with her immediately. I know I’m never going back to my other esthetician! I also bought all the products she recommended for my face and they are working wonders, so she knows what she’s talking about!
I have a groupon for their nail services and spray tan that I’m excited to try out as well, will update my review once I give both services a try!

Stacy does a great job in applying the perfect tan. She had me go from a gray chemo pallor to a healthy glow in less than 15 minutes. Gracias!!!

Very friendly staff. I got a spray tan here– it looks 100x better than a mystic tan. The owner does the spray tans and makes you feel very comfortable. I will definitely return for my next spray tan

Buyer Beware!!! I purchased a groupon for 2 spray tans for 40 $. After looking at the website, it was very clear that walk-​ins were welcome. I chose to walk-​in for a spray tan. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk (only identified as manager, refused to give her name) told me that walk-​ins were not welcome and that spray tans needed to be booked in advance. That was it. No offer to book and appointment! I had to ask when I could be scheduled. I then booked an appointment for the following Thursday at 7:20. When I showed up for my appointment I was told that I was not in the calendar. No apology. No offer for a new appointment.
It was very clear that they do not like Groupon customers. I only received the terrible service after I said that I had bought my Spray Tans via groupon. Both on the phone and in Person. If you want a tan by a specific date and time, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SERVICE FROM HERE!!!

What I like are the staff– the cool and friendly staff but not trying overly hard to please you by being in your face constantly.
downside is moms will show up with their kids and babies. hopefully when it happened to the day I went, it was a fluke!

Purchased a body wrap through Groupon. It was difficult to reach the salon by phone when I tried to make an appointment. After many attempts and no answer, I decided to stop by in person to make an appointment that same day. The lady was kind and was happy to take me in right away. She offered me cold water as it is important to keep hydrated for the session. I recommend that you wear gym type clothing when getting a body wrap. A tank top and yoga pants are just fine. You will sweat like crazy!
The body wrap session is an hour long in a nice small room. They provide a water bottle and towels to wipe off sweat. The air conditioning in the room helped but when it turned off during my session, it got uncomfortably hot. Great experience, great service and I would come back!

I purchased the Age Smart facial as a gift for my mom and she LOVED it! She said the Esthetician was very knowledgeable about the products and recommended skin care tips she found practical and useful. My mom also got her eyebrows waxed, which surprised me because I know her to be very picky about who waxes her brows. She loved that too. Next time my mom and I are going together!

Wow, i am so happy i found this little gem. This place has really good prices and packages, as well as a clean facility. I love tanning, and i think i have found my go to spot.

I love this place! There beds are amazing. I always get tan so fast here. I haven’t tanned in awhile and I’m starting to again. I’ve gone 4 times haven’t even hit the max time limit yet and can dramatically tell a difference in skin tone. Oh yeah and I’m only using level 1 tanning bed. I’ve upgraded to level 3 a few times and while back and that bed is intense but definitely does the job. Super friendly workers and a really cute place too!

I get the most amazing spray tans here! They do a wonderful job of making sure you look perfect! Highly recommended!

I’ve been wanting to try getting a facial for the longest time and I finally did! I got a signature facial from Brie and it was magical to say the least. I didn’t really know what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised! It was such a wonderfully relaxing experience. You even get a hand and arm massage too! Brie made me feel incredibly comfortable and had a gentle touch. My skin feels great and I will most definitely be going back again!

The esthetician Brie is AMAZING!!! I had a microdermabrasion from her and my skin has never felt so great! Her machine did miracles to my skin. I am going back to her for all my facial needs! I am going to try her lash extensions too! She was so nice and made me feel comfortable since it was my first microdermabrasion ever.

I heart this place. I hate most of the big time tanning salons in my area. I found this little gem tucked away in a mini-​stripmall and have been going here ever since. The customer service is great and the packages are well priced.
What’s even better is they always have a HUGE selection of sample lotions that are reasonably priced. If you are wanting to try different bronzers or tingles this is the spot. The staff is really knowledgeable and will give you an honest opinion. They also offer spray tanning.
I have to get my tan on for a wedding reception, so to get rid of this pasty pail tail I only thought of one place… Endless Sun.
