I have over 20 years of cooking Chinese food, my repertoire of recipes include traditional dishes from many regions of China, including Mandarin, Szechuan, Hunan, and Peking styles. I personally make the sauces and seasonings every morning. In addition, my chefs are trained to duplicate my recipes for a satisfying experience every time you come in. I strive to provide the best tasting food paired with a professional staff that will make you want to come back – and we all thank you for doing so.
