History

Established in 1996.

KABS originated at Laguna Creek High School in a small dance room. Since then we have moved to our current location at 9701 Dino Drive and have opened our doors to all the surrounding schools, cheer programs and all-​star teams, as well as other types of sports.

KABS has been servicing the Elk Grove community for over 15 years. We have provided tumbling and fitness to over thousands of students! We train with experience and passion for the sport.

Meet the Business Owner

Kenny J.

Business Owner

Kenny has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. He is a former All-​American gymnast and All-​American Team Member. He concluded his gymnastics career 2^nd in the nation on floor exercise while competing for CSUF as an all-​around. Kenny was a World Power Tumbling Champion. He has his B.S. in Physical Education and brings a wealth of personal experience, knowledge and passion to KABS. Kenny is also a former national qualifying body builder.

He would love to work with any willing student, who knows with hard work and perserverance, they will succeed.
