Laguna Self Storage

I have been with Laguna Self Storage since 2007 and I finally decided to close this storage up beginning of this year 2016. 9 YEARS! I can’t believe it has been that long! One thing I love about this storage facility is that it is very clean and the staff there is very friendly and welcoming! This place is DEFINITELY the ONLY place to go if you want a high quality storage from people that knows EXACTLY what they are doing! I love the hours that they have made available for people who either works early and gets off later. The office manager, Cindy has definitely been a great help and replies back quickly if you have any questions or concerns. She provides great customer service and I would HIGHLY recommend this storage facility to anyone and everyone I know!

Cindy Watson response are all lies. Review prior Unilocal complaints, and they are similar in nature. I seeked a storeage facility, because I needed a large space, and I did not expect to be discrimated and treated like garbage, yelled at, hang up phone, and threatened to move out in 24 hours, call the cops, all because of a Unilocal complaint and for a Damm storeage space, and have Cindy Watson, the on-​site manager, yelled at me on my move in date, regarding a complaint about their Truck, and then advising me to «move the F#$* out, because they are 98% occupied. I spoke to Extra space, and a few others, they were professional and honest. Look at her Facebook post, were she stated several times, she hates her job and she hates the customers. Wow. THEN QUIT, Don’t be a racist, jerk, who don’t care about the customers needs.

I’ve been storing both personal and business items here for over four years now. The staff is great, responsive, helpful and friendly. Never had a problem or concern. If I could give them an extra star for providing a high level of customer service, I would. Many thanks. Yes, it’s that simple friends.

Worst experience ever! From the moment I walked in Condition Watson was rude and unprofessional. I had read some bad reviews, but decided that I would give them a try.
I was shocked when the «manager» Cyndi Watson started barking off rules and I politely asked her who made the rules. She shouted at me and said that she was the manager and she makes all the rules.
When I asked for the contact info of the owner or her boss, she came flying out from behind the counter shouting obscenities and calling me a loser and told me to leave.
I immediately left and took my business a mile down the road where I was treated politely and with respect.
Don’t do business with these folks… You will regret it!

I am very happy with my experience with Laguna Self Storage. I’ve used other storage places in Elk Grove before, but I chose Laguna Self Storage because they offered the best price for a 10×20 unit. The bonus was the friendly and professional service I received. Everyone I met was kind and willing to help. They even offered cold bottled water as I moved out on a hot day!
You will not be disappointed with Laguna Self Storage. Great price and great customer service!

I have been here for 12 years. I currently have an RV stored with them and a storage unit. Laguna Self Storage is the ONLY place to go if you want high quality storage from people who know what they are doing. Everyone is friendly.
Cindy is the best storage manager I have met and I spent years handling insurance claims for other storage facilities. She knows what she is doing, is friendly, provides amazing service, and is always available to answer questions.
I would give them 10 stars if Unilocal let me! This is the best storage facility in Sacramento County!

DONT BE FOOLED! I was drawn to this company when I saw some really helpful ad-​placement. Free use of their moving truck if you store with them…
My first impression of this place was great! I spoke with someone over the phone who SEEMED very knowledgeable and accomodating. I should have known things weren’t right when I Never rec’d an email that she stated she was sending me with some pertinent info.
I spoke with the office at LEAST 2 or 3 times, every time stating that I was interested in using their moving truck. I was informed about the cash deposit required, I was aware they dont rent out the truck past 430PM, I knew exactly what to expect.
I call them the day before my moving date to confirm time of pickup, I forgot if pick up was 9 or 930AM.
As it turns out, my «reservation» was never placed; that they dont place reservations for their moving truck without already having you in contract with them (well, aren’t I glad that I called ahead of time!) by this time I’m speaking to a different lady and she tells me I can «rent a U-​Haul for $ 25/​day.»
As if moving isnt already a stressful transition, I was really disappointed to learn I needed to scramble to find a truck to move my things.
Totally turned off by this company and their lack of customer service or satisfaction, I am taking my business elsewhere.
Not only did I find a Cheaper 5X10 unit, their special cuts my cost in half for the first TWO months, instead of the ONE month with this lousy place.
Not even a «I’m sorry for this inconvenience,» or ANY empathy for their screw up. As people who run a STORAGE business, they should understand the stress people are under when they’re relocating. Two thumbs down. Not even an offer to compensate or cut any type of deal for the unexpected cost of renting a truck.

I only used them for a short period of time for my RV. Valarie and Cindy were great to deal with! They held my spot for me before I committed and were always kind and friendly when I came in to pay my space rent. The place is very clean and well maintained. Very well secured too! I highly recommend they for space rental if you ever need one!

WORST customer service ever! 1^st of all I’ve been on a waiting list for 2 years, then they put me in a spot that was too small, next they kick me out because supposedly everyone was complaining that I was sticking out too far. I asked them to move me numerous times and they never did. They even told me once that had a spot for me and then they gave to someone else. There are 2 ladies there and can never get their stories straight. They can’t remember things that they tell me more than a day later. Worst customer service ever. Horrible management. I don’t even see how it’s legal to kick someone out if they are a good paying customer that does nothing wrong.

Kept my stuff here for about 2 years. Very nice people who own the place. Reasonable prices and a very clean facility.
