My Name is Phillip Jeffery Hinojoza and I have been in the mortgage finance industry for over 12 years. I was born and raised in Sacramento California and graduated from the University Of California, Davis. I’m a Branch Manager with Land Homed Financial Services, Inc. I manage, hire, train, motivate, supervise, evaluate and coach my mortgage salespeople to be the very best at what they do. I also, oversea my administrative staff that handles the processing of mortgage originations to ensure timely closes.

I had issue with the mortgage loan taking out extra money from my impounded account. After trying to figured it out on my own and contacted the city to get it resolved; it didn’t work. I asked Phillip to follow up and he was able to get his assistant to find out the problem and I got my money back. Great customer service :)

He called me right back, we chatted about my family’s home buying needs and expectations. He sent me the link to the application. Within 24hours we knew if we were pre-​approved or not. WE WERE! Phillip has handles 3 of my home loans (2 purchase and 1 refi). I have never questioned his honesty, integrity or professionalism. My recent loan was supposed to be a 21 day escrow but they were so on top of it that it closed about 5 days before! Phillip is the best loan officer ever! He is very responsive, knowledgeable, professional, just all around fun and easy to work with, and I can tell that he genuinely cares about his clients! I am brand new to the home buying process and he was very realistic and explained everything to me in detail so I was never wondering what I had to do next or what the next step was. I know that Phillip goes above and beyond for his clients. We had a close date of 4⁄15 and he was always doing everything in his power to find ways that we can close earlier. He was able to fund my loan earlier than expected. He made the whole process very stress-​free and I never had to worry about anything. As nice as he looks! And just as smart! We have been working with Phillip over the past couple of months to refinance our rental property and our primary residence while also selling our other rental property. Phillip has been very patient as we have been so undecided on which path to take, especially on length of the loans. But with his advice the 15 year is the best way, we are also going to add in additional payments to forecast paying the loans off in 10 years, instead of letting the money sit in the banks earning little interest. We are also planning to buy a home for our daughter when she graduates and he has offered peace of mind advice for us to make that happen too. Phillip is a no pressure guy and a very hard worker and is also an investor and can offer you the knowledge he has gained over the years. He is easy to reach via phone or email. Everyone at Land Home Financial all the way through the signing has been great to work with. We felt we had personal attention, not just another number like you get with the banks.
