Preferred Plumbing & Drain

Terrible service! I have had such a hard time with a kitchen faucet (the company installed a new faucet one year ago, and just had to have them replace it again!) it is ridiculous! I will not be using this company again. It is so hard getting them to communicate! Very frustrating experience, just hope this new faucet lasts more than a year.

My regular plumber was out of town, so I called Preferred Plumbing and Drain out on Saturday night, around 5:30 for a clogged sewer cleanout. The operator said she would get back to me within the next 15 minutes. 5 minutes later she called back with our tech LUKE, ready to come out in about 30 minutes. Luke was right on time
He quickly checked out the situation (no travel charge, no fee for estimates). He told me exactly what it would cost, assuming no major hidden problems were found. I also used a $ 20 off coupon I found online.
Luke snaked out the line… but it kept backing up. He kept at it, and on the 4^th try, he pulled out a unique blockage. He tested all of the drains to make sure that they all drained correctly, and tried to flood the cleanout, just to be sure his work was complete and I was happy.
Luke was an absolute pro, did a fantastic job, for the price he quoted.
