TC towing, QRF towing are really there to look out and look for cars! Both owner uses wife’s name to back up on there mess!!!

Saved me from being stranded down town! Called in and they were there in under 20 min. Towed my car almost 30 miles for a completely reasonable price. Thanks guys!!!

This company i uses Preditory Towing Practices. They illegally tow from parking lots, hide behind bogus laws that don’t exist. Basically they steal your car & hold it for ransom. $ 350.00. My car was towed 17.5 miles. The law states it ca’t be towed more than 10. They then told me it is air miles. Okay, it is then 16.5! I plan to turn them into multiple agencies and sue them. The principle is worth my time.

A few weeks ago a person backed into my vehicle on the highway and Progressive had TC Towing tow my vehicle for me. The tow truck driver was friendly and greeted me and asked for my key remote and I specifically remember showing him how to use it and how to take the hidden key out. He then left with my key and I left in my wife’s car.
A few days later Progressive called me and said they needed the key to take it to the repair shop. I told them that TC Towing had the key and they told me that TC Towing claimed that they did not have the key. Shortly after I called TC Towing and spoke with a female who claimed to be the manager at that time. I asked her about the key remote and she claimed that they did not have it. I told her that I swore that I gave it to the driver and that my wife (who is very attentive and detail oriented) also witnessed me giving him the key. She not only refused to believe me, but the tone of her voice was insinuating that I was lying to her. I asked her if she spoke with the driver and she said that he said that he remembers taking the key from me but does not remember if he gave it back to me or not. First off, why would he give it back to me? He will need the key to get into the vehicle and to give to Progressive. Secondly, the evidence was mounting up significantly in my favor, with my wife and I as witnesses, and the driver remembering taking the key remote from me. Even with all of this evidence, she still refused to believe me and continued with her condescending tone and apparently had absolutely no concept of basic customer service, even as a manager. What happened to the customer is always right?
I am a very patient and reasonable person, but at that point anger was building up within me and I was doing my best to contain it. I do not like being called a liar, even if she was only insinuating it with her vocal tone. Despite this I held my cool. Not only did she refuse to believe me or my wife, or take the driver’s story and lack of memory into consideration, she was condescending and didn’t even have basic customer service skills as a manager. I asked her if she would mind asking the driver again, and she said she would and would call me back the next day. Of course she didn’t call back, as I expected.
The next day I called Progressive and they filed a claim and immediately said they would get me a new key remote, which was $ 360. Now that’s customer service. Kudos to Progressive because they had flawless customer service all the way. TC Towing on the other hand, has abysmal customer service and does not grasp the basic concepts of customer service. Please seek out another tow company unless you want them to lose your stuff and blame you for it.
Look TC Towing you saved $ 360 that Progressive had to pay instead for your screwup but you lost a customer for life and now this review is on Unilocal for all to see. Absolute brilliance TC Towing, absolute brilliance.

These vets amaze me! My family and I were stranded on the highway and had no spare time, I called TC towing and the owner Jeff came to help my family and I. Jeff is a true professional and showed great care for my wife and son. I was off the busy highway in less than 45 minutes from the time I called. I can’t thank Jeff and his team enough for getting us out of harms way.

Today, Jeff towed my car about 15 miles from Elk Grove to Rancho Cordova, with a rate such that it was completely covered by my car insurance. He made me feel like he was my chauffeur and even dropped me off at a bus stop after delivering my car to a shop.
