University Cheer Force Gym

This is my third year my daughter has been going to UCF. Love everything about this Place, Cheer teams and coaches are amazing, very professional, experienced, talented and super organized Owners and Coaches. Also love the tumbling classes. A+ all around! Does not get any better than this, Trust me we have tried other Cheer Gyms!

This is our first year at UCF. We couldn’t be happier from the customer service, uniform and practice wear promptly handled, the detailed billing, and honesty! This is our third gym and my daughter has never been happier or progressed as quickly. Even when practices are hard she has a smile on her face and says how fun practice was. This is a first. It’s such a relief to not have any drama or negativity. All the other athletes and staff are welcoming and friendly. All the athletes get along and kids are not left out. This gym is amazing.

Love the posts. been here for 4 years, you want to work, come here, you want a team at Nationals, come here… you want to complain, may not be the best place. Im pretty sure people don’t like coaching styles at USA olympic junior training camps and customer service isnt their forte. .your child will learn and be a part of great program. My daughter doesnt always «like» things and i may not agree with everything. But if i could do better, i would coach and my child is 100% better than 4 years ago, not to mention it becomes a family. u like some, dont like some and LOVE others. but always respect the program.

I absolutely love this cheer gym along with the staff. The coaches have a genuine interest in each athlete. The coaches mentor and help each athlete to reach their full potential. My daughter wouldnt dream of going to any other place to cheer. UCF is a family not just a cheer gym. The prices are right and the experiences you’ll have are memorable and priceless. UCF got my attention about three years ago. Their routines were incredible and watching them was always a pleasure. This is the first year my daughter is cheering at UCF, so far my daughter likes it. The owners, Staff and coaches have been nice to us. My daughter has privates with Daija and has improve a lot. Can’t wait for comp season to start.

This is my daughter’s 3^rd year at UCF and she loves it. She takes tumbling classes twice a week and has gained so much in her technique and abilities. She loves the coaches and the owners, Jill and Nicole. I love the way the staff makes my daughter feel like she is a part of their cheer family.
UCF has a great system for communicating with the parents, either by email, group me messaging, or all of their social media accounts, I never miss a thing.
We have also really enjoyed all of the extras they offer. My daughter loves to go to their open gym nights and has had great experiences with private tumbling lessons.
There is a reason so many people drive great distances to be apart of this cheer gym. I highly recommend it.

University Cheer Force has not officially registered through Unilocal to have the ability to respond to any reviews and suggestions. I will attempt to write this review to address some outstanding issues that have been recently posted on this Unilocal page.
We are host to over 100’s of customers on a weekly bases. Most of our customers have been in our gym for many, many years. And what’s even more fantastic; we are receiving more and more new customers every day. This is a great problem to have. :)
I have to say, It’s quite disappointing to read we have an unhappy customer every now and then. However, we aren’t aware of the situation if you do not approach us about any issues you may have about UCF.
Please give us the courtesy (in person) of addressing any issues you may have with our gym. We will listen… we promise!
We pride ourselves on customer service and ALWAYS want our customers to leave the gym with a smile on their face.

My daughter was at this gym for a cheer clinic, and was pretty seriously injured within the first hour. First, she was placed in a stunt group that was not experienced enough for the level of difficulty of the stunt. Then when she got hurt, one of the instructors argued with her, telling her that she didn’t fall on her ankle, and that she mostly just scared herself. An urgent care visit, regular doctor appointment and an MRI later, we found out that she has a torn ligament that might require surgery.
Put all of that aside, the coaches were so disrespectful to the girls, and not in a way of motivating them to do their best. They renamed the girls to names that were demeaning and rude. These are 11 and 12 year olds and were made to feel like they were stupid and lazy.
We were only guests at this place for a three day camp, and I will never be back. Was so not impressed. Did not like the rudeness to the girls or that we got no sympathy for my daughters injury.

I came here to support my cousin who was super excited to try out for them. I should’ve known that this establishment had poor customer service the moment I walked in. I smiled at the front desk lady and said hi and she just glared at me and ignored me. I just brushed it off because I wasn’t there for myself anyway.
I walked around, looked at pictures, and watched the team practice. It reminded me a lot of my childhood when I danced and did gymnastics so out if curiosity, I asked the lady up front information about private lessons, pricing, and what they offered for people who weren’t interested in joining but learning. Man, this lady was rude! She kept ignoring my questions and kept promoting their parent cheer team to me. Look lady, I don’t even have kids so what makes you think I’m interested in joining your parent team? I specifically asked for info about private lessons and wanting to learn how to tumble. She still didn’t get it because while I was there standing in front of her, STILL ignoring my questions. She just started making conversation with passer bys.
I left without any information and a very pissed off 12 year old cousin. This place seems super cliquey and lacks service skills.

My daughter has been coming here for the past three plus years now and she likes it. Great place to learn proper techniques. I’ve been holding back on writing a review hoping customer service was going to improve. I’m giving two stars today because of the worst customer service or people skills that they have here. People in the front desk have either no people skills or common courtesy to say hello or say hello back. Three years and they still stair at me and my wife with a blank facial expression. Teachers are great and all about teaching with no interactions with the parents for further updates on upcoming activities or if the kids are improving or what they need to work on or if they are going to be closed on certain days when they are out of town for a competition.

Best Cheer Gym ever! My daughters Cheer for UCF and love it, going on 4 years at this gym and have not a single complaint. The coaches are fantastic and the owners are wonderful people. Its like a second family here!

University Cheer Force is the best cheer gym in Elk Grove. The coaches are amazing and the owners Jill and Nicole make you feel more like family than just someone at their gym. My daughters have cheered for UCF and I have used their services many times for my youth league cheer teams. I have been in the cheer world for a very long time and I know first hand that UCF is the absolute best!

Great place my daughter love it she has been there for five months and she is doing amazing for not having any experience coaches take their time with her and correct her I love it the staff is amazing really professional a big thanks to Grace, Nichole, Cameron, Nick, Chris and Jill love it highly recommend University Cheer Force

Extremely unprofessional. I contacted UCF in hopes of getting tumbling instruction and was met with great disappointment. The instructor that I was supposed to meet with was very dismissive, seemed immature, and lacked any sort of personal skills. It took a long time for them to return my phone calls (two weeks to be exact), although they had promised to get back to me shortly. Would never go here again or recommend this to friends of family.

My fiancé approached UCF for private tumbling lessons. We spoke with Cameron, a trainer and Sac State student. We settled on a price for instruction, $ 50/​hr, which is a lot of money for a Sac State student to receive for only an hour of work.
We stopped by the following day to observe a class (which should have told Cameron that my fiancé was pretty serious). Although there were several breaks during the class, Cameron never approached us to see if we had any questions, despite introducing ourselves before class started.
My fiancé called Cameron the following day to establish a schedule to work with Cameron. Unfortunately, he did not pick up and my fiancé had to leave a message. A week later, we still had not heard from Cameron. We then called UCF and expressed concern, we were told that Cameron was still interested and would call us shortly. Several days later, we still had not heard from Cameron.
After a call to his boss, Cameron was put on the phone where he gave some poor excuses of being really busy moving mats for the past week.
Cameron’s actions were completely unprofessional and reflected poorly on his employer. Due to his conduct, my fiancé decided not to proceed with him or any other trainer at UFC.
