History

Established in 2008.

Acuity Group’s Owners opened the door for business in 2008 after projecting the need for professional property management services in the Minneapolis suburbs following the drastic real estate market decline in the mid 2000’s. Stephanie Danielson, Broker/​Owner has been a successful real estate agent since 1999 and Dustin Heggem, General Manager/​Owner/​Realtor has extensive background in construction, project management and has a degree in Banking/​Finance. This Mother/​Son team has combined their experience and knowledge and have formed a fine tuned real estate brokerage & property management team that not only offers property management and residential rentals but has also assisted many sellers, buyers and investors navigate their way through successful real estate transactions.
